I'm not thinking about running a cycle for a couple of years (still too young and just recently got my diet and training regimen squared away), but I wanted to get some opinions on what steroid is best for putting on mass that I can keep indefinitely -- I don't want to blow up and then lose most of it over the course of a few months.
Var and EQ both seem like good options, but the more I read about test (article in Outside Magazine, Nov. 2003) the more it seems like a great option (especially for the value and especially for the first time user).
Thanks bros. This forum has really helped me a lot in terms of my strength training. I'm still light, but I've gained 5 pounds of lean mass with no added fat since June just by eating right and training hard and I can attribute most of it to the valuable information I've read on EF.
