Best steroid for gaining mass?

9:30 am

1/2 sandwhich every 1 hour with 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese

11:30 - meal 2
For lunch it depends, I will come home and cook a steak with a baked potato, have spaghetti, or have left over roast beef and make a sandwhich with a baked potato - Like I said it isn't really that specific I just try to eat a lot

5:30 - meal 3
I come home and usually try to fix one or two chicken breasts and make a bake potatoed with milk.

6:30-8:00 - workout
Afterwards (within 15 minutes of working out) I will have another protein shake

8:30 - meal 4
I will try to fix me a snack like oatmeal or fix me more eggs

Sorry I know this isn't as detailed as you want, but I am not really as picky as I guess I should be with what I eat. I usually eat high protein foods. I just try to make myself as full as possible every time I eat.

I wake up and eat 5 eggs (scrambled), whole wheat toast

i'm gonna have to call bs on this one. as you can see where I pasted and highlighted your words, you've contradicted yourself from meal 1. 5 eggs to 6 eggs. not that big of a deal, but, if your fudging here, than where else are you fudging?? you really need to listen the X. he will put you on a diet that will definately put some weight on you. you still produce plenty of natural test @ 20. I only wish I had found a place like Elite when i was 20 and still a test producing machine. if you listen, and do what has been asked of you, then you WILL see gains.

also keep a journal here FITDAY that will help you keep track of your meals.

hey man i used to weigh 140 pounds at 5' 10".

I worked my way up to 190 pounds NATURALLY.

For two of your meals I would use this product called Cytogainer. Mix 4 scoops in Fat free milk, Flax oil and creatine.

I can tell you right off the bat, your diet is weak at best, and it can be imporved a lot. Your diet is why you're not seeing gains.

Completely agree! Fix that diet... eat every 2-3 hours (not every hour)... your body metabolizes on average 40-50g protein every 2-3 hours... so make sure you have at least that much in each meal / snack. Get rid of the junk food, get your extra calories from oatmeal, add olive or flax oil to your shakes.... eat almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ....for your postworkout shake, make sure you have 75g simple carbs in there (maltodextrin or dextrose are best).... have a shake (no carbs) before bed along with some peanut butter... or cottage cheese

MrX. can come up with a better, more detailed diet, but you get the idea. You can grow an extra 20-30 lbs by diet alone.... if you gained that same amount of weight using sustanon, it's more than likely mostly water-weight gain and you'll end up losing most of it when you're off.... wait a few more years, keep training hard, keep the diet in check, keep learning in the meantime and then you'll be ready for AAS.

DUDE YOU HAVE TO EAT. Two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese???!?! How about a pound of off the bird turkey BREAST a day?? Multiple cans of light tuna packed in water??? VEGETABLES??? WATER??? How about grinking a gallon of skim milk a day.... a tub of cottage cheese before bed or some other slow digesting protein source before sleep....

Try adding 500 calories right away to your diet, then 250 calories a week to your diet until you see the kind of response u want... somewhere between 3000-4000 your body is gonna respond and if u have to cut back then drop backwards before u develop a gut.

Only after years of healthy consistent eating, in which your 20 year old body literally morphs into that of a man's, should u contemplate use.
 
just another quick addition,,,,,

if eating doesn't feel like another job to you, then your not eating enough!!!

you'll need to prepare your meals to take with you anywhere you go. i spend sunday afternoons cooking bags of chicken or big ass turkey breasts and peeling egss all in order to get ready for the week ahead.

it has to be a JOB not just something you do to get by.
 
its gotta be seven days a week. Every time you miss a day that is 14% of your weekly diet. I gained 4 stone naturally when i was your age and have maanged to keep it for life now even when i stop training.
You need more carbs and less of a clean diet. Train only 2-3 times per week but at the basics such as deadlift, 20 rep squat, chin ups, bench press, dips ,military press and and only a few sets for arms of compound movements. You muust beat the lifts in reps every week and when you get further in reps increase the poundage. This must be your absolute goal. Do not consider roids until you can bench your own body weight for at leat 7-8 reps, military press 75% of your body weight for 5-7 reps and dead lift 1.75 times your own body weight for 5 reps and squat 1.25 your own body weight for 20 reps. If you cannot do these then you are not training hard enough to think about gear. When i started eating that much made me almost sick every day but by the end i needed that food and was starving.
 
His diet is lacking, but it's better than some newb's I've seen. I'd say double everything in your whole food meals..ex...instead of 6 eggs eat 12. Get you some weight gainer...cytogainer is good stuff. Mix it with whole milk and wah lah 1,000 calories. You need at least 2 of those a day and one being before bed.

If it makes you feel any better. I was EXACTLY your size (maybe smaller) when I was 20. I didn't start juicing until I was 26. I am 28 now and tip the scales at 200. Eat and take OTC supplements for another 5 years and let you body naturally change. It will happen. Then think about doing some test.
