Best steroid for gaining mass?

I am 5'10, weigh 155 pounds, am 20 years old, with 9% body fat, and I can't do ANYTHING to gain weight. I have tried six meals a day, drinking protein shakes, etc. but nothing works. I have been researching steroids for the past few months and have been talking to a friend of mine that has actually tried them. I have mainly been looking into Sustanon 250 because (just from what I have read) it says I can gain anywhere from 20-30 pounds in a couple of months with 250mg a week. Is there any truth to this? I really like what I have read about sustanon not only because of the gains it supposedly gives, but because of the few side effects. I know I will experience a worse temper and some acne, but with one/two cycles will I notice any other effects?

If sustanon 250 isn't what I am looking for, what is? I have tried putting on the weight naturally with no avail, what can I take that will help me gain my weight quickly?

I wake up and eat 5 eggs (scrambled), whole wheat toast, a few slices of bacon and milk, shortly after I drink a protein shake. While at work I eat half a sandwhich every hour, and once I am on lunch I usually eat chicken/fish with water/milk. At night I do the same thing, I eat anything with a lot of protein. I have a protein shake after my workout. That is if everything works out perfectly and I have enough time to prepare my meals - otherwise I just try to eat A LOT and I don't really pay attention to what it is, I am just trying to stuff my face haha like tonight at sonic I had an extra large coney, a bacon cheeseburger, and tator tots, I guess not that healthy but just enough food for me to be so full I am almost sick...
 
Do me a favor, can you list your diet like this.

EXAMPLE:
8am - meal 1
5eggs
1 slice toast

10am - meal 2
2 slices bread
2 slices turkey
1tbsp. mayo

etc....

What you gave me is very hard to work with.

8:30 am - meal 1
6 scrambled eggs
2 slices of toast (whole wheat) with butter
4 slices of bacon
1 glass of milk

9:30 am
1 protein shake, half a sandwhich with 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese

10:30-5:30
1/2 sandwhich every 1 hour with 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese

11:30 - meal 2
For lunch it depends, I will come home and cook a steak with a baked potato, have spaghetti, or have left over roast beef and make a sandwhich with a baked potato - Like I said it isn't really that specific I just try to eat a lot

5:30 - meal 3
I come home and usually try to fix one or two chicken breasts and make a bake potatoed with milk.

6:30-8:00 - workout
Afterwards (within 15 minutes of working out) I will have another protein shake

8:30 - meal 4
I will try to fix me a snack like oatmeal or fix me more eggs

Sorry I know this isn't as detailed as you want, but I am not really as picky as I guess I should be with what I eat. I usually eat high protein foods. I just try to make myself as full as possible every time I eat.
 
protein shake consisting of what? how much protein ? what else in the shake?

I can tell you right off the bat, your diet is weak at best, and it can be imporved a lot. Your diet is why you're not seeing gains.
 
its a muscle/weight gainer from vitamin world it has 23g of protein with typical amino acids... has 320 calories, 1.5g of total fat, 1g saturated fat, 52g of total carbohydrate, has vitamin a/c/d/e, thiamin .75mg, riboflavin, niacin

where can I get a sample diet plan that I should be on? thanks for your help i appreciate it
 
He's eating quite a bit X. . .if I ate like that I'd weigh 250, and not a good 250. I think you're a bit young to be juicing it. . .that said, I experimented with dbol the first time when I was a junior in college. . .20 yoa. :)

I know what X is getting at, though. Make the commitment to your diet first. . .get yourself on a 40/30/30 diet and stay on it for a while. . .give it a good six months. . .see what that does for you. In the mean time, keep doing your research.
 
there is a very simple formula for this:

CALORIES IN > CALORIES OUT

Unless you have a thyroid problem, or some other underlying issue, you will gain weight by eating more calories than you expend, it's as simple as that.

i'm gonna have to call bs on this one. as you can see where I pasted and highlighted your words, you've contradicted yourself from meal 1. 5 eggs to 6 eggs. not that big of a deal, but, if your fudging here, than where else are you fudging?? you really need to listen the X. he will put you on a diet that will definately put some weight on you. you still produce plenty of natural test @ 20. I only wish I had found a place like Elite when i was 20 and still a test producing machine. if you listen, and do what has been asked of you, then you WILL see gains.

also keep a journal here FITDAY that will help you keep track of your meals.

hey man i used to weigh 140 pounds at 5' 10".

I worked my way up to 190 pounds NATURALLY.

For two of your meals I would use this product called Cytogainer. Mix 4 scoops in Fat free milk, Flax oil and creatine.

Completely agree! Fix that diet... eat every 2-3 hours (not every hour)... your body metabolizes on average 40-50g protein every 2-3 hours... so make sure you have at least that much in each meal / snack. Get rid of the junk food, get your extra calories from oatmeal, add olive or flax oil to your shakes.... eat almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ....for your postworkout shake, make sure you have 75g simple carbs in there (maltodextrin or dextrose are best).... have a shake (no carbs) before bed along with some peanut butter... or cottage cheese

MrX. can come up with a better, more detailed diet, but you get the idea. You can grow an extra 20-30 lbs by diet alone.... if you gained that same amount of weight using sustanon, it's more than likely mostly water-weight gain and you'll end up losing most of it when you're off.... wait a few more years, keep training hard, keep the diet in check, keep learning in the meantime and then you'll be ready for AAS.

DUDE YOU HAVE TO EAT. Two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese???!?! How about a pound of off the bird turkey BREAST a day?? Multiple cans of light tuna packed in water??? VEGETABLES??? WATER??? How about grinking a gallon of skim milk a day.... a tub of cottage cheese before bed or some other slow digesting protein source before sleep....

Try adding 500 calories right away to your diet, then 250 calories a week to your diet until you see the kind of response u want... somewhere between 3000-4000 your body is gonna respond and if u have to cut back then drop backwards before u develop a gut.

Only after years of healthy consistent eating, in which your 20 year old body literally morphs into that of a man's, should u contemplate use.
 
just another quick addition,,,,,

if eating doesn't feel like another job to you, then your not eating enough!!!

you'll need to prepare your meals to take with you anywhere you go. i spend sunday afternoons cooking bags of chicken or big ass turkey breasts and peeling egss all in order to get ready for the week ahead.

it has to be a JOB not just something you do to get by.
 
its gotta be seven days a week. Every time you miss a day that is 14% of your weekly diet. I gained 4 stone naturally when i was your age and have maanged to keep it for life now even when i stop training.
You need more carbs and less of a clean diet. Train only 2-3 times per week but at the basics such as deadlift, 20 rep squat, chin ups, bench press, dips ,military press and and only a few sets for arms of compound movements. You muust beat the lifts in reps every week and when you get further in reps increase the poundage. This must be your absolute goal. Do not consider roids until you can bench your own body weight for at leat 7-8 reps, military press 75% of your body weight for 5-7 reps and dead lift 1.75 times your own body weight for 5 reps and squat 1.25 your own body weight for 20 reps. If you cannot do these then you are not training hard enough to think about gear. When i started eating that much made me almost sick every day but by the end i needed that food and was starving.
 
His diet is lacking, but it's better than some newb's I've seen. I'd say double everything in your whole food meals..ex...instead of 6 eggs eat 12. Get you some weight gainer...cytogainer is good stuff. Mix it with whole milk and wah lah 1,000 calories. You need at least 2 of those a day and one being before bed.

If it makes you feel any better. I was EXACTLY your size (maybe smaller) when I was 20. I didn't start juicing until I was 26. I am 28 now and tip the scales at 200. Eat and take OTC supplements for another 5 years and let you body naturally change. It will happen. Then think about doing some test.
 
i tell everybody the same story about me...at 16yrs old I weighed 107lbs...I started lifting cuz i got my ass beat a bunch of times and now at almost 23 yo 203lbs 13% bf. that is over 100lbs in 7 years..slow and steady wins the race.
 
wow, thanks for all the comments so far guys.. and no the diet is almost dead on (yeah i know it sucks), i dont really have a set number of eggs lol it just depends on if I am extra hungry or not but I at least have 5-6...

i am really glad i found this place before i found someone to get me sustanon... i didn't know my diet was so horrid until now lol... thanks for all the tips i am going to have to sticky this to remind me of what I SHOULD be doing... anyone know where I can get a diet plan for someone needing to put on weight?

hm...it can be another problem...I think that you could have a medical problem,you should do some blood tests,urine tests, SH*T tests(this is the real-deal....if you have parasites then fuck diet....GET RID OF THEM )
 
You wont gain with steroids if you arent gaining without them. If you're gaining slowly without them, they'll rapidly improve your ability to gain.

I'm non plat so i can't search for it but i remember back in the day (which happened to be a Wednesday if you didn't know) Radar posted a sample diet that i think was 3,500 calories or something like that. Also, i work at Outback and i was talking to my manager today and she is gonna sell me uncooked steaks for the same price she pays for them. 11 sirloins for $4 a pop. Not sure about the others. Anyways, i thought maybe some of you bros would be interested in looking into it.....

yea its a valid opinion... and should be looked into...
(just out of curiosity... are there any symptoms other that weight gain that should be looked out involving parasites???)
but his diet does suck... so upping the calories is still fair game...
he needs to imagine himself at 200lbs... and eat like he would if he were...
maybe he does too much cardio... he didnt mention his lifting program... i loose weight if i do too much cardio...
i say eat every damn thing in site...
your bedtime meal should be a shitload... because you need it to last through your sleep... also you could even set an alarm for 3am and down a 1000 cal. shake...

You will not start gaining instantly by eating really clean. The amount of food you'll have to eat will just be sickening. Ask Quadsweep, he will attest.

You need to eat beef, a fucken lot of it, doesnt even need to be that lean. Chicken, sweet potatoes, brown rice, all natural peanut butter, potatoes, shit ton of eggs, all the greens that yuo can fit in your face.

Since you're not trying to get cut up cheat meals can happen - and when you do yuo might as well stuff your face.

Lucky bitch, wish I could get 11 sirloins for $4 a pop, I would by them all day.
 
hey guys i have 6 meals aday 3 of those being protein shakes but wiv the shakes i ad fruit to them to give me the extra callories then have a bagle or two with it, i eat every 2- 3hours is this ok?
 
You need to just take sus at 500 a week for 10 -12 weeks. It doesnt matter what you eat or what you take. You need to be drinking a protien shake in the morning/middle of the day/ and that night. So drink 3 shakes a day. You will gain about 20 pounds but it depends on how hard you train and how much you rest. You may gain more or rest. these guys that want to know your diet and exactly what you eat and when are dumb as fuck and have nothing better to do. Just do what I said and your gains will be sweet trust me iv done this cycle twice now
 
before bed i eat about 80g protein, half of that from low fat cheese and the other half from tuna or chicken.
 
80 grams of protein in one serving? Are u for real?

pro complex.. 2 scoops is 60 grams.


but its bullshit to think just cause you eat a lot of protein it means you will gain muscle.

huge myth.

it takes a strong diet and working your ass off in the gym. strong reps with strong weight.
 
i actually used to have this same problem. i was eating 1500 calories a day and not gaining any weight. a mate down the gym looked at my diet and boosted it to around 3000 calories and still didnt start gaining weight. it was only till i hit 3500-4000 that i actually started to gain weight. i see myself as a hard gainer but know that i need to eat more than more people with my height and weight to gain weight.

its just one of them things. the good thing is though when you start getting bigger you don't put on as much fat. you stay pretty lean so there is no need for cutting cycles just bulking all the way!!!!
 
best steroid for mass gain? has to be dbol, works from day one and gains come thick and fast. Over longer periods of time, test.
 
Hey everyone. Newbie here. Wanted to run something by you all here.
I am 28 yrs old. I am an Indian. I am about 5'8 and I weigh about 145 pds. On May 1 I was 141 pds with about 7% body fat. I have been training hard for over 2 yrs now. I have tried all the possible weight gainers in the world. But i find it very hard to gain any weight. I want to weigh about 160 pds with about 10% body fat.

My Diet

8 AM - 3 Eggwhites + 2 Whole eggs (scrambled) + Raisin cookies + Milk + 2 slices of bread.
10 AM - 1 serving of Cytogainer
12 PM - Lunch - Chicken/Fish + Beans+Rice
230 PM - Cliff Bar
430 PM - 1 serving of CytoGainer
6 PM - Pre workout supplement
8 PM - 1 serving of Universal Torrent
930 PM - Chicken Salad with rye bread and nuts.

I go to bed around midnight. I have completely stopped my cardio routines and it has helped me gain about 5 pds. But i feel bloated mostly. I dont have my 6 packs anymore and the love handles are back. i wonder if the supplements i consume actually help me!

Lifting Stats

- Flat bench Press - 165 pds (8 reps) / 185 pds (4 reps)
- Squats - 245 pds (6 - 8 reps)
- preacher curl - 80 pds (5 reps)

I work out 5 days a week and play racquet ball the other 2 days. Any suggesstions on what i should do different to gain some weight? I've never used any roids before. but now i think i am willing to try 1 cycle, if it wouldn't make me crazy !
