I work 9hrs a day, then have to lift, and most nights only get 5-6hrs of sleep. This won't last forever, but for the time being I'd like my lethargy to not ruin my workouts. Sorry if this is a repost, I don't have plat and can't search, but what do you guys think is the best pre-workout energy supplement? Preferably one with-OUT appetite suppressant effects as I'm trying to bulk so I can compete next year. Thanks in advance!
