Best cycle for quality lean mass gains without inj eod

Hi I want to know what is a good cycle to do without inj eod, I have decided on oral winstrol but what can I put with it and inj only once maybe twice per week. I am 5'8.5'' tall 180lbs in school weighed 115-120lbs 5 years ago.
 
Sus every 3rd day. Also I had a good experience cutting with low dose test e (250mg once a week).

Didn't cause much bloat or anything either.

good on diet 10% bf age 24 split train chest tris, back bis you get the idea 3 days a week and do mixed cardio the other days , hit interval, pull tires, flip tires, 300 workout. mma fighting
 
One shot of sus and one shot of primo a week. Use winstroll and primmo tabs. Expensive but good lean gains with minimal sids and injecting. But why fear injecting? Whats another pinch or two a week matter?

Well IDK about that..I don't like pinning, It's a pain in the ASS, And i do have business messing w/ gear. I'd recommend staying away from winnie, because you need your joints as strong as possible. Just my 2 ccs.

hence y u want the lean mass & not shee bulk. i would assume that your cardio conditioning is very important as well? stick with primmo and var.

did not see the first question no recently deca and sust 12 weeks 500/250mg per week did not like the deca so much I want to be lean fighting shape @185lbs and thats saying alot if you knew me in school (pencil neck skinny guy) small body frame. I lost some body fat on my previous cycle. the fat was built up from my first rodeo with lifting I was told if you want to get big eat all I gained was fat did not like my shape so I stopped lifting . I got down to 148 lbs in May with a pretty good amount of body fat. I started lifting June 1st and I am now 180 AND DECENTLY LEAN. I want to look alot like you. Do you have any tips on how to get there. You do have to admit I have came a long way since May but have a long way to go.
