I personally am not a fan of running, elipticals or anything of that solo nature. I perfer racket or hand ball after workouts for roughly 1-2 hours. This works very well for me.
You're in Florida, right? Some of us knuckleheads in the NE are fairly limited in when can run outside, unless of course we want to head out for our cardio looking like the little brother from A Christmas Story, lol...
That is the best darn weather to run in. Not only is your body burning calories because of the cardio it is burning more to stay warm. I love running in blizzards.
