Yeah, I read it and if she was really in fear of her life she would have left. I have no sympathy for those who won't get out of a violent situation.
The fact that she filed for restraining order does not matter, it was several years ago and she never filed anything since personally asking to withdraw her complaint and the judge agreed with her.
As far as I am concerned there is more to this than what we see on the surface and everyone is rushing to make judgement against him. If he did it, then so be it, he will get his in hell. But the investigation is continuing.
And being an abuser is not incurable, it requires the will and desire to not hurt someone else and help in reaching that goal. Just like alcholics who want to not drink anymore, drug users who do not want to use drugs anymore, etc.
I have issues with the childhood being the root cause of someone being an abuser. I was fairly well abused by my father most of my childhood, not spanked mind you, beaten, had my collar bone broken at 4 or 5 years of age, etc. I don't hit my kids, nor have I ever hit either of my wives or any of my girlfriends.
While the child hood experience may make you more prone, only you decide whether or not to act on your impulses to hurt someone.
I still find the whole incident strange and not adding up.
And how do we know that the Benoit's did not have a prescription to administer medication to their son. I also find it odd, that somehow, he has needle marks in his arm and they immediately knew it was from GH, also, you don't inject GH in your arm.
I think the toxicology reports will be interesting and inconclusive.
