Bench Press

Hi,

I've been stuck at the same lbs for bench press for about a year now. Does anyone have a routine that would help me increase my lift?

Tell us what you have been doing...
 
2x10 rep warm ups at 135lbs
8 reps 205
8 reps 215
6 reps 225
3 or 4 reps 240
I do this twice a week, at the beginning of my chest routine. I follow it with incline bp 3 x 10 reps 185 , dumb bell flys, 3 sets and dips, 2 sets til I can't do them anymore.
