Begining of week 8 and still nothing

I'm begining weel 8 of a 500mg sus and 400mg primo cycle and I've only gained 5lbs, strength has gone up but nothing obnoxiuos I weight 180 and take in about 300grms of protein a day and eat shit like BK What the hell is going on. I know the shit is legit.
 
just outta curiosity how many totall calories ???

I have only done 2 bulking cycles and 1 primo only and i kept a food diary with all the nutritional info. If i was not growing I upped the calories and it seamed to work for the most part when i would start to get a bit fat I lower them.....

I tend to be anal about cycling so this might not be an option

Just what worked for me might help might not but none the less good luck........

Dude I hate to say it but you are hurtin bad if you ain't seein anything as of yet! First of all are you sure that the stuff is real(And I mean 100%,for sure)? I think that I would take a break then try it with something else, and then if it is a no result cycle also I would............................................................
 
I got everything from a very legit source and it passed the freezer test my muscles are hard as rocks right know but I atribute that to the primo I'm guess'n I take in about 3500 + calories a day
 
got me...I cant help ya but I would not rely on the freezer test to see if your shit is real.....Put any oil in there and it will cloud up. I have tried it with sus, veg oil, and olive oil and guess what...All three clouded up so this is by no means a sure fire way to tell if its reel

The sure fire way is to use it and I think you just might have found out if its reel or not. I know everyones body is different but when i was in week 8 of sus and decca at 500 and 300 I was up around 20LBS
 
If you are truly taking in 3500 cals a day then i would have to question wether or not your sust is real. Just because you are using a "reliable" source does not mean that the gear couldn't have been faked before it got to him. What kind of sust are you using?
 
Don't start crying bad gear...Cry bad diet. It's not just protein intake that counts, it's total caloric intake on a consistant basis. You're guessing you're taking in 3500 cals. Most of the time when people guess what thier caloric intake is their about 1000 short. I've seen it happen all too often. 300g of protein is only 1200 calories so my guess is that since you actually don't know how many calories you were ingesting in a day it was far too low for someone trying to add muscle mass with AS. First of all you're eating shit like BK which really has no usefull nutritional value. The "meat" is about 5% actual beef and the rest is filler so it's only in reality a few grams of complete protein. How many meals were you eating a day? How much water were you drinking? Overtraining? There's a lot of reasons why you may not have gained that come before either bad gear or the fact that you may not react well to lower doses.
 
Ok... lets assume that your gear is legit...

Are you getting enough rest?
Are you trainning hard and I mean real hard?
I think that if you are running a bulking cycle you should be eating 4000 - 5000 calories / day.
