Thanks bro, basically I eat anything I want to trying not to go crazy on junk though this is my basic diet
meal 1: 6 eggs 3pieces of wheat bread (sometimes with jelly on it)
meal 2: steak sandwich usally a 8 oz piece of steak and a banana
meal 3 two cans of tuna and 2 cups of pasta (with a little sauce)
meal 4: protein powder and a cup of oatmeal (with a little sugar)
meal 5: 8 oz steak and a box of macaroni and cheese
meal 6: protein drink with a banana or sometimes a scoop of icecream
meal 7: protein drink or a sandwich
as far as training goes I was doing a five day split working 30-45 minutes a session concentrating on bench, squats and arms but then I quit working shoulders directly about week 5 or 6
I feel I gained well off just the deca and look foward to this fall when I will do test deca and dbol
