starting 2/04 at 177lbs till 7/04 208lbs before pics I was about 185lbs first week of droll gained 7lbs.

Yeah, you're right that it's possible. It's hard to argue with the pics. Ex, added 30lbs of muscle and lost bodyfat at the same time.
