Good work man...Not as good as my avatar but nonetheless(lol). I just started my first cycle thursday hoping for simular results. you gotta post your cycle/diet though just curious!
 
Diet -
10am 2 cups of otmeal or 1 cup of grits and 1 cup of egg whites
2pm Chicken breast and veggies fruite
6pm Chicken breast and veggies
11pm right after work out proteine shake
11:30 Steak, red baked potatoe, veggies
 
Also, could you explain your cycle theory? It looks kind of weird from what I'm used to seeing. Drol for your First Cycle at one time, then Sust, then Winny. Very interesting. Either way, it sure is working for you!!!

Im on my post cycle right now
Anadrol for 5 weeks 50mg a day (week 1-5)
Sustanon 500mg a week 12 weeks (week 5-17)
Winstrol 50mg a day 5 weeks (week 14-19)

Worked out off and on for a while never really got serious about it till beginning of this year. Started working out for a month than got introduced to anabolics, although not planning on doing another cycle for a while.

Biggest gains were from anadrol. For 3 almost 4 weeks I was off drol waiting for sustanon to kick in I didn’t really loose any strength, mostly water retention.
I tryd bumping winstorl to 100mg a day but acne got bad so I went back to 50mg.

My bench before juice was 155lbs rep
After 275lbs rep max 330lbs

Squats 135 rep before
After 330 rep, haven’t maxed yet.

i would say he was on a cutting style diet...no? but he proved that you can add muscle and cut down fat....where's victors thread? this is a perfect example of what his thread was about

Yeah, you're right that it's possible. It's hard to argue with the pics. Ex, added 30lbs of muscle and lost bodyfat at the same time. Not saying that everyone can do it because it's highly unlikely, but it's possible.
 
That diet is just so low in cals, esp. for someone over 200lbs...........that really all you ate? Props brutha.........
 
Bro...you are a perfect example to newbies. I don't agree with the length of the cycle for a first time but the dosages were right on and no one can argue with the resullts. Awesome work.
 
Damn im prolly gonna catch heat for saying this.. first off you look good and there is solid improvement..but you should have never touched the gear!!! If a NB made a post and said he benches 155 and wants to do a cycle he would be flamed..where is the consistency? i am not trying to bash excidium, but it is obvious that he was not training long enough to even develop a solid base..i do not know what your physique goals are but your going to find that you spoiled yourself and it will be tremendously hard to make gains naturally compared to when youre on!! just my .02
 
Damn dude, you look fucking great. You are one of the few that actually did it right the first time. This is what reading and studying about anabolic steroids does for people when done right. You did your homework and you were rewarded with the gains that you deserve.Good job!
 
What a change bro...congratulations!!...maybe you are the living proof that is not neccessary to count every cal every day. Your body fat seems to be not affected in the whole cycle and the difference in muscle size is amazing. Good genetics there too my fellow. Karma for your work.

He counted, and his diet is posted on page 1.........but the cals are very low, also meals are 4+ hours apart.............my only thoughts are results would have been that much better will some more FOOD! But great results, none the less............Hey bro - What does your PCT look like??????????

Ex, how did weeks 14-19 go with the Winstrol only portion of the cycle? Any side effects? I'm thinking about doing something similar.

Didnt really notice any crazy change as I did from drol and sust, have some new vaines showin, thats about it. Acne got pritty bad for me at 100mg.

My meals are huge, I eat 3+lbs of lean meats a day. When I get bored of chicken Ill eat sushi/fish for one meal than steak the rest of the day switch it around.

Yeah he counted I know...I didn't write the right sentence. I was trying to say he was not worried about trying to get like 4,000 or 5,000 cals a day and eat every 2 or 3 hours to grow. He had a good meal plan with enough food during the day to grow.

How did u put so much muscle on in such a short space of time guy! Wots ur formula?
 
Man just compare pictures he started out pretty lean so he got a hella good diet with checken and fish going. And he used that to gain mass and in since haveing a low BF already he could only increase with muscle mass with the workout he had going so he kept his gaines in check. He obviousley did some great research and beefed up the brain on knowledge before beefing the body. Great and very excelent job next year he'll probably be huge if he decides to go again.

My belly's a little bloaded from first week of anadrol on before pics. A lot a stuff that I did most members would disagree with. I been workin out for a month when I started my first cycle, and before that I was out of the gym for a year.
 
Well I think sometimes most are similar and some are different and you just had a different cycle and diet to fit your body. I find out when I dont but like once or twice a day I lean out much better. But know one would agree with that.

LOL Creatine................thats great I love it. Those are some awesome gains you got from that cycle. Did you notice any effects from the Winstrol on your joints?

Only bad side effect from winstrol was breaking out, that only happened if i took a single dose at once, but if i spread it out 25mg a dose breakin out was minimal. No join pain thoug, and I took it for a long time when i was suppose to start my post cycle i went to europe for 4 months, and the only thing i could bring with me was winstrol, I keept doin that for the time I was there at 25mg a day.
 
Awsome progress for someone that did things back asswards. You did your research right and had a great diet but you came back after a year off and trained for 1 month and hit a cycle?? Crazy but it sure worked for you. Congrats on your progress. Inkman

No fat burners I keept switchin my work out routines around I worked out like a maniac 6 days a week 2-3 hours at a time, it was like a playground.

right now my routine is:

day 1: Chest and bicepts
day 2: legs
day 3: off
day 4: shoulders and tricepts
day 5: back and rear delts, and repeat.
Day 6: off
Day 7: Off

What happens when you stop taking all that stuff? I'm not trying to throw the question at you, but just sort of putting up for comment. I ask because a friend of mine did a lot of stuff that was carefully monitored by an older and very much experienced guy in the gym, and when he stopped he looked like he lost more weight than where he was it prior to going on the "bean". Plus he's 41 yrs. old now and says that he wishes that he never used drugs because he has serious problems with high blood pressure that is traced back to using 'roids for almost 7 yrs. (on and off). After the post cycle I went down to 202 lbs ... I was out of contry on a trip poor diet. Right now im 212 lbs all netrual. As strong and as big as I was wtih 1% higher bf. Ill be starting something like 60mg Anavar 700mg Primo 12 weeks, soon as my blood results are back. Ill post before and after agian.

Testiment to the miracle of aas. Also adds more vadlidity to the theory that you make the hardest and biggest gains on your first cycle. 30 lbs is right on the money. (taking nutrition and work ethic into consideration). Work hard, eat right, and the results w/ aas will come. Good fkn job bro.
 
im just lookin to keep 15 lbs to my first cycle in about 4-5 week and get up to at least 245, if i can do that, ill be happy. nice work bro.. very inspiring

Looks like you are holding a ton more water. I'm not far off from you and about to start a first cycle. I may do something not similar to yours. Good results
