trust me i eat like a horse. like it blows my families mind how much food i shove down my throat. like i said earlier i eat a full meal about every three hours. with protein shakes in between usually.
drop the shakes and eat full meals every time. This will pack on mass quicker.
You think you eat like a horse , you should follow around bodybuilders and see how they eat.
6 am 8 eggs , two peices of toast oatmeal milk with o/j
9 am 10 oz chicken with side of rice
12 noon 2 cans of tuna with pasta
3 pm 10 oz of chicken with sweet potatoe
6 pm 10 oz of beef with veggies
9pm entire tub of cottage cheese ( 4 servings) with fruit
midnight drink 2 scoops of whey in whole milk
6 am repeat over.
that would be eating like a horse
prob around 50 grams of protien each meal 60 carbs with 80 grams of fat total
thats till only around 4,000 calories a day.
still on the low end many guys eat 5 - 6 k calories a day
You have to do it man , so many guys make great progress then hit a wall when they think they are eating enough but they are not.
Just try a diet similar for 3 months and see what happens .
yes it gets costly and time consuming to prepare the meals
