Before and After pics from first cycle!

ok so as i posted earlier in the week i just finished my first cycle ever. i ran 500 mg of test e a week by itself. for about 10 weeks. i went from 157lbs to 176lbs (19lbs) and a few people asked me if i had pics so i figured id just post them in a thread.

here is a before pic , ignore the fish lol its the only shirtless pic i have on my new computer....and im sure ill get some comments saying the fish weighs more than i do or something along those lines so ill be the first to say it! lol

and yes i know im still a tiny , but i think i got some pretty decent gains.
 
thanks. and yeah thats what im going for my next cycle. im trying to put together a good cycle to bulk with now

Great progress but remember now that your cycle is done you'll have to eat more to maintain that weight gain. Thats the number one reason why guys get big and go back to being small. Other than that advice keep up the great work!
 
thanks everyone. i think im gonna run some test,dbol & deca for next cycle and try to bulk up!its so damn hard, i eat a full meal about every three hours with some protein shakes in between.. with my matabolism its so damn hard to put on weight. as for the fish yeah hes in my feezer right now, waitin to get him up on the wall lol
 
and no i was up 19 lbs at the end of the cycle. running pct now, dont seem to be losing anything yet. maybe a pound or two
 
next cycle double your calorie intake.
Serious you are way to lean to building muscle , if your body is tapping into fat stores for energy keeping you that lean, then chances are it was tapping into muscle for energy as well.
Nice progress. I think you could have thrown on 20 lbs with out steroids , then ran a cycle and went from 176 up to 200
but ether way the first cycle is done and you'll be onto your second before you know it

Start eating! now! your muscles look like they wanna grow but they don't have enough room to expand! lol No need to run 3 compounds for second cycle. Remember there is no such thing as cutting or bulking cycle. It is determined by diet. Some compounds help burn fat faster than others, that's all; but basically you can bulk on winstrol with masteron and you can cut on enanthate with deca and dbol. Ain't matter what you use, the key is calorie intake, training and sleep.
 
Eat, eat, eat bro!!!! I agree it looks like your muscles are starving for calories. Good job though with the gains and gratz on your first cycle! Welcome to the new you.

Also, I don't know what your diet is like but as skinny as you are, you do NOT need to be counting carbs. I think a lot of guys think that because they are bodybuilding all they can eat is tuna fish, egg whites, chicken breasts, natty peanut butter, and oatmeal. This is bullshit. That is only if you are trying to stay lean as fuck. That is contest prep food. If you want mass then you need to be eating like a horse while you train. High protein, high cals, and high carbs for bulking!
 
nice progress. if you want to bulk you have to focus on food not gear. you can bulk on any cycle.
 
trust me i eat like a horse. like it blows my families mind how much food i shove down my throat. like i said earlier i eat a full meal about every three hours. with protein shakes in between usually.

drop the shakes and eat full meals every time. This will pack on mass quicker.
You think you eat like a horse , you should follow around bodybuilders and see how they eat.

6 am 8 eggs , two peices of toast oatmeal milk with o/j
9 am 10 oz chicken with side of rice
12 noon 2 cans of tuna with pasta
3 pm 10 oz of chicken with sweet potatoe
6 pm 10 oz of beef with veggies
9pm entire tub of cottage cheese ( 4 servings) with fruit
midnight drink 2 scoops of whey in whole milk

6 am repeat over.

that would be eating like a horse
prob around 50 grams of protien each meal 60 carbs with 80 grams of fat total
thats till only around 4,000 calories a day.
still on the low end many guys eat 5 - 6 k calories a day

You have to do it man , so many guys make great progress then hit a wall when they think they are eating enough but they are not.

Just try a diet similar for 3 months and see what happens .
yes it gets costly and time consuming to prepare the meals
this seperataes the men from the boys in the bodybuiling world
the ones that are huge eat to get huge.
 
Eh you can bulk with less than 3000 cals per day if eating and training the right way. ;)

That's awesome. I'm thinking of doing the same cycle as my first. Nice Large Mouth...how much did it weigh? looks like around 5lbs to me...
 
i mean i pretty much pack my stomache full at all times until im about to puke lol and in an a cpl hours or so when i feel i can cram some more down my throat i do . "meso" & "ecto" whats that mean?

and chazk , thats a pretty big diet . i dunno if my stomache could handle it .

and drockk id suggest it for a first cycle. did me pretty good. didnt have any sides except for a few pimples on my back & just being a little excessivly oily while on. i wish i woulda stacked it with dbol or some other oral .
 
u gotta make eating ur second job my friend. you eat and eat...even when ur not hungry. eat all day long..dont eat till ur about to puke..eat till u feel semi full...than in another hour or two..eat another meal. so on and so forth. all day long....!
