been injured 6 months..finally getting back into the gym..cycle starting asap

hey guys glad to see you all around still!

me pct i been on for 3 years now...no pct will help my little raisans...lol

i tore it after a 10 day vacation..first day back in gym i warmed up...threw on my normal workign weight and it just ripped...no idea why or how..my guess is dehydrated and didnt know it...

i worked out maybe 6 times or so in last 6 months...i look absolutley terrible...ate aweful no cardio...im a big giant mess now..lol...

hc i wasnt lifting enough weight to make my brain happy lol but obviously my muscles are not in tune with my brain..they pussied out lol.... brain 0 muscle 1 = injury and turn to fat kid

Don't believe you... only gym your going to hit is the buffets, and as far as your cycle goes, don't waste that shit wont help you any

i feel for ya man. i have the same. injured my wrist just before xmas and am down 2 stone. been training the last few weeks though and getting my diet back up.
im just thinking your cycle might be a bit much too soon. depends how much they have healed. i would run a cycle of test or something because you dont want to cause an injury again and be out for another 6 months. im going to just run a 4 week cycle of diesil in a weeks time just to see how i get on before i start doing long cycles.

lol im good to go..i run test at 400mg ew as my base year round...im just bumping it up a bit adding the deca and tren .. i used to cycle 2-2.5 grams a week..now i dont have it in me anymore..lol or money
 
yeah man maybe throw some cardio in since you want to lose some fat

finally pain is mostly gone...can work out now
not pushing my chest gonna stick with mid weight and just increase reps to regain size if possible

sitting at 213 now from 236 with no abs lol.. and bigger waist...hoping to shed 5 lbs fat or so and regain muscle memory with this cycle

quite depressing lifts
lost 40 lbs of mil press
lost 80 off bench
squats 50
deads 40

struggle with everything else...amazing i kept strength that i did but im guessing this cycle will just pop me back into pre injury status

These shoulder injuries are a major stumbling block bro...take it easy in the beginning and don't even worry about poundages. Getting back into the gym routine on a regular basis for atleast 15 odd workout sessions should show you major differences...

Especially at your level bro.
