you almost never hear anyone post any of these..anyway ive actually cut back on the amount of weight to concentrate on form i did these after deads and after chins..then did 2 sets of 10 with 230..third set was 315 for 8 reps last one or two were a little sloppy but effective..at least that was one good thing today cuz my deads sucked ass..

thnx fellas..seems ive hit al of you with green before lol..the back is feeling a lot better.. deads have been getting the short end of the stick lately between taking time off from pulling heavy and this little back thing..but i think its ready for some work!!
 
FUCKING strong brother!! Do you do them fully bent over? I do them with just a slight bend, similiar to pictures of Yates doing them. Keep KILLING that shit!!

not quite as high as yeates but i also do not bend to 90 degreees either..with te yeates style i notice im able to really pull my shoulder blades back really get the upper back and upper lats hard..i do em after deads so my low back has already taken a beating..keep KILLING it yourself :D

Oh shit thats alot. Will be along time before my lower back could handle keeping me upright before I can do even 225.

Wonder what the look on peoples faces would be when you get to 405.

thnx bro..im natty right now have been for quite awhile..i keep things simple nothing crzy.. test base and usually one other compound
