you almost never hear anyone post any of these..anyway ive actually cut back on the amount of weight to concentrate on form i did these after deads and after chins..then did 2 sets of 10 with 230..third set was 315 for 8 reps last one or two were a little sloppy but effective..at least that was one good thing today cuz my deads sucked ass..
