Backpain for 1 year, might try equipoise

i'm not going to comment on whether or not you should do the cycle, but if you do run the E/Q for 16 weeks IMO to get the max benefit

I have done an MRI and it didn't show anything worth mentioning, some minor things but nothing that should have anything to do with my problem though. Dont think im just diving into this decision .. i have tried every other option i can think of .. and everyone i go to has either a different opinion or doesn't know what it might be, none of the exercises experts have given me have helped. so trying the equipoise would be kind of a last resort.

go with nj's advice. I have personally been healed through ART - amazing stuff. Try to locate someone fluent in british sports massage...

what exactly did the MRI say?
Tell us more about the pain?
where do you get it, what started it, what makes it worse, better,

I don't think you should try it now for the reasons NJ stated.

I got a pile of gear staring me in the face, too, but I've been waiting. I also have some back pain and know that if I go on cycle while injured, I will be lifting around the injury (which includes no deads or squats) and therefore won't make the best use of what the gear can do. Kind of a waste to not be able to give it 100% physically IMO.

Getting an x-ray is pretty much a waste of time. Finally I had an MRI done and it showed I had a bulging disc in my lower back. I had to have surgery. A few months afterwards another disc started to slip out. Be careful bro how you work out. Taking all the juice in the world won't help either.

mid twenties as well. i have horrible back pain. been on and off of pk's but i won't use them as a means to fix it. i have learned to use less weight and more form and reps which helps. however, like you i have been to every chiro, pt, and doc you can find. i'm on eq var and pro v right now. if you are in too much pain to lift it is going to do no good for you. you can argue collagen and all that but its bogus. get an mri see if you have herniated discs. and yes strengthen your back slowly but surely. do rows with a support on your chest and do not press without back support or in an uncontrolled way. eq needs to be at 600mg ew imo to have an effect worth while. and the strength from steroids while trying to heal your back might be negative. i am on cycle but am in the type of pain that just makes driving and shit a pain. i'm no longer crippled. when i was i never took gear as it is a waste and i wont' waste the sauce nor put tax on my body when i can't go balls to the wall. get a good doc and more than one opinion and do not think a needle will solve your issues. good luck let us know broly
