Backpain for 1 year, might try equipoise

Backpain, might try equipoise, worth a try???

Hi guys. I have been experiencing pain in my lower/middle back for almost a year now. I've been to pretty much every different kind of doctor/kiropractor, backspeciallist know to man, and noone can figure out what the problem is, at first i thought it had something to do with a damaged disk, but an x-ray showed otherwise...
Before the injury i was training alot, lifting wheight, boxing, wrestling etc 1-2 times a day, 5 days a week.
Lately i have been on a break, with very limited training because of the pain, but im starting to get back more and more now. Not because the pain has gone away but because im just getting more and more used to it.
However it is pretty stressfull to allways be walking around with pain.

So in lack of other options im considering doing a 12 week 400mg/week equipoise only cycle. I have been trying to learn as much as possible the last couple of weeks but i would like to hear what you guys have to say about it...
Do you think it is worth a shot, could it relieve me from the pain?
During the cycle i will be concentrating mostly on strengthening my back and i will hopfully put on a few extra pounds.

I have read about other cases where this has helped to speed up the healing of different kinds of injuries.

Here are a few things you should know about me.
22 years of age.
78kg, 184cm, athletic build, almost no bodyfat

Please, any comment is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Have you seen a physical therapist? If the problem has persisted that long then I would tend to believe it may be a back instability problem.& steroids in the world will not fix a problem like that. Docs may have overlooked it and chiropractors only realign the vertebrae, which in some cases, can cause more problems. See if you can get a referral to see a physical therapist who can give you a solid evaluation.

damn metric scale, lol. I used to have shoulder pain from working out. When I started using AAS and bulit up my delt muscles my shoulder pain dissappeared. I also don't left like an idiot which helps.

thank you for your responses, i have been to a physical therapist. he couldnt help really tell me what the problem was though. after examining me he said everything pointed toward some kind of disk damage, but since the x-ray shows they are intact it has to be something else. he hadn't seen anything like it before. so the only thing left i can think of is to try and build my back muscles up and maybe that will ease the pain... and that is where the steroids come in place... but im still not sure

Sometimes people have pain and sometimes people don't. Some with disc herniations feel no pain and others are completely incapacitated. Even surgery many times does not relieve pain.

I would keep searching for a doctor that will listen and can help pinpoint the pain. Sometimes the pain continues because of the mind-body connection and it is possible that some of your pain can be helped through anti-depressants or medicines that release dopamine.

I'm not saying you are a mental patient or anything like that. But in cases of pain, don't be too proud to rule out anything that may bring relief. Sometimes just temporarily taking certain medications can help.

Have you had an MRI done?

I would think twice about starting any sort of A A S with that sort of problem, especially since you don't know what's causing it. Under the influence of A A S, your muscles will (could) grow larger and more quickly than your back can handle, potentially causing more issues (damage, pain). You may also want to look into ART (Active Release Technique)

Definitely MRI. Good catch NJ. An xray will only show vertebrae out of alignment or broken vertebrae. It won't show herniations or disc dessication. Get a referral to a spinal orthopedic (orthopaedic in UK) surgeon. Maybe even a one time shot of kenalog could help cut that pain/inflammation cycle.

400mgs of equipoise for 12 weeks isn't going to do shit, and that includes not relieving any pain, bro.

get an MRI,and find out what the problem actually is........BEFORE YOU GO BACK TO HEAVY TRAINING...otherwise you could make the problem substantially worse.

steroids aren't a 'quick fix' for anything.
