Back pain/ blood in urine

They would have checked his liver with a basic blood work-up. If they checked RBC and WBC then his liver would have been checked, it's a package deal that the labs do.

Hey centurion...i read your thread when you first posted it....how you been bro??? hope all is working out. I am going to a specialist on tuesday and will get the works done to ty and get to the bottom on it all...

I feel much better today beginning to think the light blood in urine was from the asprine/heavy training/supplements/heavy protien diet combo....lol ( remember i couldnt see it..only trace amounts the machine caught it) still going to doc on tuesday but i feel much better. Think my back was just out of wack and the muscles were pulling it even harder. I have muscles in my back popping out that i never new i had....new muscle growth everyday. So kinda think all is ok.

Im glad that you feel better bro, it could've been a combination of all the stuff you were doing but if that's the case I would be very careful doing orals and heavy protein only dieting....have you been drinking enough water and stayed hydrated?

Not one person on this board, moderator or owner or operator will give you more trustworthy advice about BLOOD IN YOUR URINE than a doctor...one of those guy who had went to school for 8 years and then an additional 4-8 years as a residency student for their specialty.

Yeah there's some brilliant guys on here, but theres also guys on here who never touched aas and really just throw around a bunch of qoutes and info they've gathered..

So, stop running whatever your running. Maybe nursing school just scared the balls off of me, but I remember in a&p being told visible blood is damage to your lower tract like your bladder, urethra etc. Microscopic amounts is usually from the kidneys.

But it can be your gear, if it hurts it can be kidney stones, your kidneys could be inflamed.
You could do it from the gym too...I've had friends pull smooth muscles in their bladder, one guy who came into the ER even jarred his bladder from running hurdles and was pissing blood...

Too many reasons that might not even pertain to your gear...stop running itttt

Well too many times you see people on here scared and asking for advice.....then after you take time to offer your 2 cents they never come back to give you and update. here is my update.....I WILL LIVE!!!!!!!!! ha ha...seriouslly no more microscopic blood....all tests came back fine and in normal ranges....the doc feels it was the more than usual cardio/high protien that inflammed the outer wall of my kidneys thus createing the pain and the blood. Thanks again for all the advice and concern.....there is more than one reason we call each other Bros!

yep i felt better but was nice to see the computer print out with all levels fine and the doc saying i was good to go....now just go work some overtime to pay for the tests and doc visit..lol

Good to see you are feeling better man. Learn from this though....you and I have already talked about it. now you know where your kidneys are and what blood in your urine looks like - at the first sign get it checked. (not saying that stuff to patronize you - I didn't know either of those things till it happened to me lol)

First of all, oral steroids affect BOTH your liver AND your kidneys despite what others may have said in this thread!! It sounds like your problem is a pre-existing health condition which surfaced as a result of a very low dose of anabolics. It would be wise not to take steroids if this problem persists!

LOL this is a old thread but um, doing research to see if anyone has suffered renal failure on here, or had a high count of blood and protein and all kinds of junk in their blood. I got this thread. My kidneys are at 50% and well, we literally watched it (me and docs) rise by taking blood tests about every 4 days. I will get copies and post up when i get some monies to join. Next is celluitis (sp?).
