Not one person on this board, moderator or owner or operator will give you more trustworthy advice about BLOOD IN YOUR URINE than a doctor...one of those guy who had went to school for 8 years and then an additional 4-8 years as a residency student for their specialty.
Yeah there's some brilliant guys on here, but theres also guys on here who never touched aas and really just throw around a bunch of qoutes and info they've gathered..
So, stop running whatever your running. Maybe nursing school just scared the balls off of me, but I remember in a&p being told visible blood is damage to your lower tract like your bladder, urethra etc. Microscopic amounts is usually from the kidneys.
But it can be your gear, if it hurts it can be kidney stones, your kidneys could be inflamed.
You could do it from the gym too...I've had friends pull smooth muscles in their bladder, one guy who came into the ER even jarred his bladder from running hurdles and was pissing blood...
Too many reasons that might not even pertain to your gear...stop running itttt
