b4 and after pics.

i had this before, but i screwed up and deleted it. i am 5'10, 190-192. first pic is sept 98. did first cycle june 99

june 99-4 weeks dbol. went from 160 to 175.
jan-feb2000- sust and dbol. went from168 to 197.
oct-nov 2000 enth and deca. got to 205
currently-winny and eq. am up to 192, hoping to get to 200 lbs

first pic is a result of taking off 4 years of lifting thru out college, as you can tell from the beer can i my hand. lol. letme know what you think, and where i could use some inprovent. they are shitty pics, but i am learning how to use this damn camera. thanks..Arms
 
Great progress. pecs are lagging slightly, but nothing major.
 
thanks guys. it helps a lot when other people congrat your are your gains. makes you feel like you are making progress. JohnyJuice, i would agree with you. i have a hard time developing my upper pecs. any suggestions would great. thanks
 
Good gains, as far as the chest goes I have tried this myself and it worked for me. Stop bench pressing, yes I said stop bench pressing. Do flies, dips, and pull ups. Benching pushes the chest together pulling the muscles in to each other. All these other motions help to broaden the chest making it look better. I am not saying that you should never bench press, but too many people focas to much on the bench. Just lay off the bench for a couple of weeks and try what I am saying and you will see better results when you go back to the bench. If your results are like mine were then I think it will change the way you look at doing your chest work outs.

arms, nice gains......for chest, try this (solid advice)
try working chest for two weeks on this program:
do three or four good warmup sets on either smith incline, or reg incline, whichever you feel targets your upper chest most directly, doing weight that you could probably lift 25 times if you had to, but just do 10 15. you don't want to stain yet. then comes the real set, do just one, balls to the wall superset (I do mine on smith cause like clubber lang, I train alone, I live alone, I fight alone...but that's another story), also because it's easier to set up a superset on smith. On this superset, put on weight that you could max do for 5 or 6, but also keeping in mind that you'll have to remove some plates, or plate to continue. for your size you might want to have however many plates and a quarter (to remove for superset) and then continue for however many more. make sure your not doing weight that forces you to wiggle around for those last reps, this method is about pain, not strength. then, when your done with that one puke inducing set, stretch the fuck out of your pecs CAREFULLY THOUGH, as much as you can. the rest is downhill, roughly 3 to 6 shaping/stretching sets after this and your done. example: cable crossovers and incline dumbells. repeat this ever seven days, or whenever you feel your definitely well rested. write if this doesn't work, I will be suprised. peace.
 
Am I looking at the same guy in both pics here? Very amazing gains bro... what did your mother say when you came home as the Incredible Hulk?
 
The difference is undoubtedly amazing but what I would like to know is how come we can't see the same tattoo from the first pic on the second. I guess your right delt is tilted back on the shot but I think you'd still see the edge of it. I'd like to see another recent photo where the same tattoo is fully visible.

I think you're implying something here... just can't quite put my finger on it though... :goof:
 
Great job, that's a complete difference. I bet you're turning heads when you walk by. What was your cycle dose on the dbol only cycle? Did you keep all 15 lbs. I have a friend on a dbol only cyle.

I think that is pretty good advice...also one thing I am trying to improve that may help your looks is traps !!!! I think HUGE traps make all the difference in the world !!! Great job bro looks good !!!
