sure gives me a good laugh.
about the split:
i think its called 'instictive training'.
i walk in the gym with a clear idea of what muscle to work but the sets/reps vary according to my energy levels that day.
if i feel strong ill do my reps til failure.
if i dont feel very strong, ill do more reps and keep the workout simple...
there's no need to force anything against its nature.
i try to hit each muscle group no less than once every 5-6 days.
abs and calves are trained twice a week.
try to get cardio about 4 times a week.
either 10 sets of 100 jumpropes, or a light intensity bike ride for 45 minutes..
i live on the beach so the bike ride kills 2 birds with one stone...
lots of honees on their bikes/rollerblades around 6-7p.m... perfect time as its still warm out and sunset.
even met this radical blonde and we ended up .. welll.... i'm gettin slightly off track so back to the topic at hand.
more important is the diet...
i cut all carbs 2-3 hours pre bedtime.
in the middle of the night when i awake to drain the lizard, i pound 40g whey isolates.
when waking up in the morning, another 40g whey get pounded without hesitation.. may throw in 20-30g carbs in the mix.. no bigee.
in all, try to consume no more than 150mg carbs per day...
250g protein...
50-100g fat
keep in mind i'm tryina cut down to 5%...
never been there so the journey is very new to me.
i just hope i can maintain 6% or under..
