Unlimitted Data: Verizon
Unlimitted Tether/Wifi: Verizon
Better plans: Verizon

and now this

14 outta 16 reception/speed tests: Verizon Iphone

Ouch, i'd be sour if I was locked up into that silly contract to

Better plans? I dont even have an AT&T phone that Id pay for, but if you think Verizons plans are better than ANYONE your on the new crack!

Fuck it im busting my shit to go to verizon

But will the current ATT iphones work on verizon if switched over?

No, one is GSM and one is CDMA, you cant move anything over. Also the ATT iphone has a problem with the HARDWARE's ANTENNA! Of fucking course the AT&T iphone is going to do worse, APPLE FUCKED UP THE HARDWARE which they have now spent over a YEAR to try to fix!

AT&T now has mobile to mobile to ANY cell phone on any carrier starting today included in the unlimited text messaging package, plus roll over minutes, and faster data speeds in MORE places than Verizon...Again, anyone thinking Verizon overall is a better option is smoking crack.

Well... 2 points

1) people will be bolting to Verizon now they have an option clearing up some network space for AT&T

2) Verizon will be bogging down now that they have a flood of iPhone usurs

It is parity in the phone world

Who actually wants to buy a year and a half old phone when the new one (which is going to have zero improvements) is coming out in like 4 months? People are pathetic...

Wrong, VZW already has millions, that's millions, more cell users than At&t, fact

DJ, you're right bro.... this video is photoshopped, along with the hundred other ones recently made

At&t speeds >> VZW speeds

Wrong AGAIN, please stop talking. At the end of Q4 AT&T still had nearly 3 million more subscribers than Verizon. Please check your facts before you state "facts".

I have been a manager for every cell carrier at some point over the last 9 years. Verizon is garbage, over priced, poor customer service, and 3g is spotty at best...

I will NEVER own an Apple product because they are overpriced garbage that only homos or uneducated people would be happy with.

K thx
bye

Jesus, uneducated tools...perfect verizon and apple customers. Spreading incorrect information and slurrping up all the BS and thinking they then know something. This is all proof that apple and verizon have the biggest DB customers that arent even smart enough to do their own research to get REAL facts.

SMH good ole' america

uhhhh huh. now I'm a crack using, uneducated, gay person. I thought the day started off pretty well, guess it went to shit somewhere....

everyone knows that AT&T sucks, including people that have AT&T.

most people only went AT&T because of the iphone.

i hate AT&T, they're a bunch of fuckin pricks. t-mobile didn't have the best phones, but my bill was a shitload lower, i had unlimited everything and they didn't cut your phone off if you haven't paid 1 day past the due date...and then charge you $38 as a result. fuckin scam artists. only real problem with t-mobile aside from no iphone was depending on where you lived, the signal sucked at times.

lol, the "only problem with the cell phone is that it didnt have reception"....only the BIGGEST problem for a PHONE. T-mo is the smallest ofthe "big names", they dont have service in half the cities let alone out in any country sections and their 3g footprint is the smallest of all the carriers. Oh and god forbid a company shut you off when you dont pay your bill when yoru supposed to. So the issue isnt the company, it was that you couldnt pay your bills on time? Also no one has unlimited they are ALL capped if anyone would bother to read fine print. 5gb is the MAX for data in the USA also phone calls are based on FAIR USE so if you burn up over the average user they withhold the right to shut you off at any time. Just sayin...

i've never had a problem with them. my plan is dirt cheap and im grandfathered into unlimited texts for a couple bucks. their phone selection is weak, but that doesn't bother me. i don't live anywhere near a major city and i always have service.

I just got an emergency regular phone (LG Rumor 2) from virgin mobile and I'm quite happy, unlimited internet/data, unlimited sms and picture messaging and 300 min for $25 or unlimited everything for $40 and has coverage everywhere I go... sweeet...

Verizon leapfrogs AT&T for wireless subscriber lead

big increase in wireless customers now gives Verizon an edge of about 8.3 million wireless subscribers over AT&T, which reported last week that it has 78.2 million wireless customers.
(in 2009)

Would you like me to post the number of new subscribed Droid customers over At&t Iphone last year? hint: VZW leads by 2 digit mills now

sharp cellular salesman here lol

Sprint and ATT are the only ones that dont blow in Md so i dunno what you all are talking about. Personal opinions and not facts are all you are are basing this argument on...

compared to the two soup cans and yarn you had in costa rica, you'd be happy with an old star tac

You little fucker!!!! ;)

iphone 4 works in Costa Rica and you pay $10 for unlimited data/internet, sms where 1penny sms and 1 penny picture messaging so that third world country had better prices and coverage than here the big developed country.... suck on THAT

just sayin' :)

AT&T barks back and takes the top spot as the nation's #1 carrier

AT-T-barks-back-and-takes-the-top-spot-as-the-nations-1-carrier.jpg

In their ongoing quest to see who can reign supreme in the US market, AT&T came back barking and took the top spot as being the nation's number one wireless carrier.

For a while there, Verizon has kept a slight lead over its closest competitor, but after adding 2.8 million new customers in the most recent quarter, it has enabled AT&T to tally in at 95.5 million customers and supplants Big Red as the new big dog in town. In contrast, Verizon's stable currently stands in at a respectable 94.1 million customers, but as we near the inevitable launch of the iphone for them, it's going to be yet another gun battle at the O.K. Corral.

Thanks partly to the 4.1 million new iphone activated on AT&T's network this past quarter, the carrier has to be happy about a lot; despite no longer having exclusivity on the beloved iPhone. Regardless, we'll look forward to see how things will shape up now that Apple's pride and joy is being offered by another rival carrier.

Anyone know what the iPhone5 is supposed to have over the 4? I'm on verizon and trying to wait but it's getting tough not to cave. BTW I have loved my service with verizon. I have at&t's uverse for cable and just having to deal with their customer service a handful of times already I can honestly say that AT&T sucks fat fucking balls. I'm always put on hold for no less then 45 min and transfered an average of 4 times before getting to someone actually willing to help me. AT&T can go to hell, hope they bottom up

I left AT&T after 5 years of bleh. The douchebag reverse sales guy even hung up on me after not being able to convince me to stay. What pissed him off is he told me he'd keep my line active 'til the 20th since I've already paid for it, and I told him no because I'm aware I get auto-billed on the 18th. Lying cheating scumbags.

I'm excited about changing back to an iPhone with Verizon.

My Droid X has a really great bug. If I miss a call and go to my "Recent Calls" tab, tapping my missed call actually dials someone completely different on the list.

I can't wait to get rid of this POS.

Somebody's been drinking the AT&T coolaid.

Is there any chance you could get a job with Verizon? Do you at least have an application in?

Funny story. When I started my bonding business 15 years ago, I had my cell as my main number. Alltel was the only carrier that had a local exchange, so I went with them. People weren't used to haveing any old number or exchange back then, so it was important for advertising purposes to look like a local company. Alltel had very few towers around here, the sevice was terrible at best. I used to carry a little sticky thing/ hook with me and stuck my phone to a window or door if I went in a building. I never wanted to miss the big call. lol It was truly a pain in the ass. After a few years, Alltel then made this big push for towers, they sprung up every few miles. The service went from terrible to great in less than a year. Alltel was then bought by Verizon, which used to be GTE btw. I haven't dropped a call in ages. I will drop one if I'm talking to someone else and they have a different carrier like ATT, that happens, but never Verison 2 Verison or calling a land line.

The first phone I had was mounted in my car in the mid-80's, then I had one of those bricks w/ antenna, then I had a 1/2 brick w/ pull-out antenna, that one I used for YEARS. The technology changed to digital and I finally had to get another phone.

I'm with at&t, have been for 5-6 years now, have never had a problem in any part of IL. From StL to Chicago. Never had a problem with customer service either, for our region, their call center is in the town I work in, you can actually understand them. :)
