Arnold was the man back in the day, he basically brought bodybuilding into the mainstream more, but Arnold had weak points for sure. His delts, forearms and quads were all weak points.

His delts being weak actually helped him tho. Gave his arms more illusion of size. And by weak Im talking by todays bowling ball standards. Hell I even have bigger shoulders than Arnold.

He just had the package. One of illusion. Incredibly small joints, wrists measuring under 7"(which is crazy small)...And all these small measurement to go with height.

Why are you ragging on him? His grammor may have been wrong but he was absolutely right.

OMEGA was right about not going below parallel.

You're partly right. However even his buddies at the time made fun of him for having small legs. I think it was in 'Raw Iron- The Making of Pumping Iron' someone said to him "Don't worry. They won't look at your legs." Or something along those lines and they all laughed at him.
