here's some good ADVICE! your grammar sucks and you shouldn't say wrong advices moron.

chances are arnold could crush your head with his quads.. just saying..

also maybe you should listen to some good ADVICE! (no S, that's for retards)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! This response is funny on so many levels

Arnold legs are nothing compared to the bodybuilders nowadays...in his early days, Arnold had week lagging calves...thats why he used to take most of his pictures in water - to cover his calves...but then again, legs weren't really that big back then I guess...the front thigh abs pose was just a show of thighs with the stomach as a vaccume...lol

Watch Pumping Iron. The scene where Arnie and Ed Corney ard doing squats. Ed's are decent. Arnold's are bad because he leans forward, and goes like 1/3 of the way down!!!

Haha. He's still the man though.

If you think Arnold's squat form wasn't great, check out Lee Haney's squats on his training video. He doesn't go anywhere near parallel.

Arnolds height is a myth!!! Maybe he shrunk from old age but I was just at the Arnold Classic a few weeks ago. I'm 6'1 and honestly I seemed to be taller than him. No one can prove his actual height. I've seen anywhere from 6-6'3 on the net.

Why are you ragging on him? His grammor may have been wrong but he was absolutely right.

OMEGA was right about not going below parallel.

Are you guys kidding about that not going below parallel stuff?

Please tell me you are kidding.

I have different squat styles depending on the weight I am using. If it's more than 315 I will not break parallel. If it's 315 or less it's hams to my calves for depth, and the reps are executed much slower and the contraction is harder. Once a month or so I'll only use 315 and do 4 or 5 sets of 15-20, very slow and deep. This is twice as hard to me as using 500lbs is.
