haha Hey everyone! Figured Id post some kind of PR today. I got a crazy pump today, taking six days off and popping those NO2's seemed to help. After finishing chest and pulling out my upper back, haha, I said fuck it and trained biceps. With just my biceps pumped I was at 18.5 inches, while before it took tri's and bi's pumped together to get that. So had I added some triceps in Im sure I could of got it up some more. Arms were tight as fuck though. Just wanted to share that! haha ThanX everyone
