Are you F'ing kidding me??!!

I couldn't get it to work, but I believe it is the 800 lb deadlift. If it is I have seen it before, he is an absolute freak. When I grow up I wanna be like him!

I've met him on a couple of occassions. He always guest poses at the Missouri because it is put on by Chad Nicholls and Kim. There is no way to describe how immensely large he is.

Last year he guest posed at the Missouri which my dad went to bc I was competing. Ronnie comes walking out and everyone is standing up on their seats in anticipation. I look over at my dad, he's sitting there with his legs crossed totally unimpressed. I still laugh when I think about it. My dad isn't impressed by 320 pounds on a 5'8 frame, he's seen it all.

That's funny, I was watching The Unbelievable yesterday. Ronnie is by far, to my knowledge, the strongest bodybuilder to ever live. He did that shit 5 1/2 weeks out from the Olympia contest!

Overall most likely he is but pound for pound nobody beat Columbo. That man was in the under 200 weight class and could handle some impressive weight.

As for this movie, I saw it a while ago. He says "Its nothing but a peanut!" I also like the Ice Cube in the background.

Not to mention Coleman would pass out and die trying to blow up that hot water ballon. THAT takes strength right der

I thought he was going to do some biceps curls with that barbell

You can get the Ronnie Coleman video that shows all of his workouts and daily routines. Everything but the workouts are boring as hell, but watching him workout is just incredible! On the seated squat press machine, they load up 25 45# plates per side, that's 2250 pounds and he does it.
