Naaaa, puzzle games, usually, I jonesed for Tetris pretty good in my time. I got hooked on some first person simulations that were like Mist (but not myst, one was called amber, another obsidian, another was the titanic). I think the last one I got really sucked into was The Sims so that tells you how many years its been.

I think that franchise is still around, The Sims. I've mostly been a strategy gamer, almost no wiminz in that genre....

I still play a game from 1999 called Sid Meir's Alpha Centauri...

"According to the storyline of the game, Earth is destroying itself through war, famine and poverty, but before it destroys itself completely, the U.N. launches a colonization starship called "Unity". Women seem to like video games now. It's definitely not something I remember from childhood, but then again when I was making sweet love to my Atari system and then my 1st generation Nintendo I was hanging out with guys my age doing typical things. Having cosmos with the girls didn't come until much later in life.
