its the total picture, the way its shaped, peak etc. all play a role

Exactly. With a 39" waist, there must be at least an inch or two in fat.

I just measured my arms, clean no AS and they are 19 1/2" flexed. I am getting ready to start in 2 weeks and was measuring everything to see if anything gets bigger. I was just wondering because I would like to know where I stand as far as big, small, etc..Thanks Bros!!

most males that do not lift have 13'' so to the general population,that is a massive arm. Its also a big arm to people that have been lifting and juicing for years
