I'm 6'2"
At the start of the year I was 245-250lb and 25+% bf and had a 42-43" pants size waist.
9 months later and I am 216lb, 13% bf (4 pinch check) and a size 34 pants!
I'm 28 and have been lifting since I was 18 and at one point was about 250lb at 12% or less bf but I got married, got older and got fat/flabby).
Goal is to be 10% bf (or less) in three months and to pack on as much real lean mass/maintain what I have as I can at the the same time.
Cycle input
Wk1-4 50mg a day of S-4 AM/PM (I will stop it early if my night vision starts to go for a few days until better).
Wk 1-2 Durma 4 pumps a day (just because I have some left over).
Wk 1-4 forged burner 1-2 caps a day cycle 5 days on then 2off
wk4 free levels of test lab (saliva test) or test blood test at dr office / lab.
Wk 5-7 20mg a day of beast AM/PM
Wk 5-8 three (3) caps a day AM/MID/PM of) katanadrol
Wks 5-8 sustain alpha 3on/2off
Wks 5-8 vitex and p-5-p to fight prolactin buildup
Wk 9-1150mg a day of S-4 AM/PM (only going to take this if my test levels were not suppressed after the first 4 weeks of it, but from what I've read it does not suppress at 50mg (only at 100mg+).
Wk 9-12 forged pct
Wk 9 -12 nolva (wk9-40mg, wk10-30mg, wk11-20mg, wk12-10mg).
wk 9-10 sustain alpha 5on/2off (left overs).
Diet: Omegas phase one "blue coller diet"
W/O: Omegas phase one program (higher and good form reps). You hit every muscle twice a week and take 2 days on the weekend off (I'm gonna do cardio on Sat/Sun).
Other supporting sups I'll be taking/have for the whole thing:
Need2 gear: I take 4-5 Pre/post work out, 4-5 before bed and 2-3 between meals all day (every other hr).
Need2 Skeletal balm - apply twice a day to "problem spots".
Fenugreek seed: I take this twice a day total of 1,220mg
Forged liver support: 2 caps a day
Multi Vitamin
Wks 5-8 Red yeast rice & CoQ10
Calcium support (I don't drink milk/eat cheese)
Fish oil - 2000 - 3000 mg a day
Saw Complex - x 2 a day (includes 320mg saw, 480mg pumkin seed and a few other things a serv).
Cranberry extract - 1-2 300mg pill right before bed
Glucosamine & chondroitin - take 2 caps a day of this complex
Wks 1-4 Creatine (2250mg Pre and post w/o)
Wks 9-12 Creatine (2250mg Pre and post w/o)
Wks 1-4 (or when it runs out) Glycobol - na-r-ala - I take 2 caps 1/2 hr before my two biggest carb meals of the day (250mg of the na-r-ala in each cap). - got great body recomp results from my last bottle.
