Anyone know where to get saftey pins for home power rack?

I cant fins these things anywhere, Ive looked online, fitness retailers, and nothing. I have a half rack by pioneer if anyone knows where to find these it would help me out a lot. Thanks!!

I welded mine using 1" cold rolled bar and washers.
