Happens to me every week. Train legs on Friday, heavy leg presses, stiff legged deadlifts, leg extensions, curls, few sets of calves, and hit a few sets of heavy abs, followed by 30 minutes of PW cardio.
The rest of the day I'm walking around like a zombie. Today, I still don't feel right, just a deep lethargic feeling.
Anyone else get like this?
