Anyone get completely wiped out after leg day?

Happens to me every week. Train legs on Friday, heavy leg presses, stiff legged deadlifts, leg extensions, curls, few sets of calves, and hit a few sets of heavy abs, followed by 30 minutes of PW cardio.

The rest of the day I'm walking around like a zombie. Today, I still don't feel right, just a deep lethargic feeling.

Anyone else get like this?
 
Yeah, I do. I like to train legs on my day off work, that way I can come home and take a nap for an hour or two. Thats the only thing I can do on leg days.
 
Yea, it kicks my ass, the only night I sleep completely through and the next couple days I feel like a stiff old man. Not super sore (unless I missed the weeks before leg day) just slow to respond and stiff.
 
wipes me out.....always gasping for air after each set, but only on leg day....squates, presses, some deads, curls, extentions, calves.
