anyone feel like crap on 150g of carbs a day?

for the last week, my meals consist of less than 20g of carbs except for pre and post workouts.

just ended my t3 cycle too. I'm still on sustanon though.

feeling crappy and my workouts suffer slightly.

is it the shortage of carbs, thyroid, or combination of both?
 
I'm on about 130 right now and it's not too bad, off days from the gym suck though, I keep it at under 50 on those.
 
On 0carb actually (well as close to it as virtually possible) and doing better than I thought I would do. Try to increase your fats a little and it might help.

my meals (except for pre and post workout) are generally:

40g protein (always high quality like egg whites, tuna, whey)
10g fat (mainly from nuts, seeds, or olive oil)
20g carbs (low glycemic under 50)
 
im good until I'm under 30g of carbs.. then i get a little cranky and sluggish...

150g is a ton!
 
One thing that helps me is Crystal Light. It's a 5calorie drink with no carbs/protein/fats and has artificial sweeteners.

It's good for killing my carb cravings. Can get it at any supermarket I think, it's in the juice section (and NO not that kind of juice). :)

I like crystal light too.... but I am curious... where do those 5 calories come from?

seems odd to have macronutrients but still come in at 5kcal per serving... I don't care about the calories... but they have to come from somewhere...
 
According to the FDA, if there is less than a half a gram per serving, then it's 0g, but, .4 x 4.32 still has calories. So, if there's .3g of carbs and .4g of protein per serving, then they may round it off to 5 cal's.
 
I'm carb depleting too, feel like shit, down to 75 grams of carbs a day, I cant wait to eat 400grams on Wednesday before I start it all over again. Good thing I'm on drugs, I dont think I could move without gear right now
