I'm in Thailand at the moment. So I've checked local drugstores for "thai sust" just out of curiosity Although the drugstores are flooded with fake stuff I have not seen any "thai sust"... I don't ring the bell but actually its the first time I hear about such a stuff... I'd be very sceptical...
