Anybody wear a jockstrap?

I just tore another set of boxers doing squats. I dont even have whitey tighties, so I'm thinking about purchasing some jockstraps or some undies.

Wanted to see if anybody still sports a jockstrap on squat days.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ or use something like spandex under shorts. I used them all throughout high school and college sports. I tried a jockstrap for about a day, but I didn't like having my ass hanging out.

regular boxers tear all the time on squats and deads... no give in the fabric.

You wont like them buy whitey tighties .. I hated them playing football most of the players didn't even use them because its just feels to weird and when u run/walk they can rub against your thigh and can cause a rash :[!

I do the same, that way I know I'm dropping low enough when my balls touch the ground.
