I have had this shoulder problem for a while now. I suspect it occured while foolishly working out in high school without warming up, stretching,using way too much weight(Typical H/S BS).
Anyway, Im trying to get back in shape(havent worked out in a year) and when I did pull ups today I noticed, I noticed a pain on the front part of my left shoulder, the pain felt like a tendon was being restricted. Might be a build up of scar tissue from a previous tear/injury.
I breifly looked at the ART website and it looked promising.
Anybody have any info?
(Not plat so I cant search)
