i make wheat toast with PB, or eat some wheaties cereal....so i drink about 3-4 cups a day. i just get the lower fat version (2%, anything less tastes like water)....but the milk sugar sucks. i take r-ALA with it though....so i doubt the sugar matters much. milk is good for you though, but will make you fat if you drink too much. i don't know how you manage the skim version, that sucks! and i haven't seen low or no sugar versions around here. just skim/1-2% or full fat versions with similar sugar contents.
