When I was 17 and 18 I did then when I was 19 I found myself lactose intolerant. That was 10 years ago, I can tolerate some milk products, but I don't go nuts anymore. Ask me why I became intolerant ,I'll tell you it's because it was too much for my body to process over that time. But everyone is different.
I will consume 2-3 litres daily. I believe that works out to be around 0.75 gallons. I will consume the homogenized 3% as close to 80% of my fat intake will either come from this or egg yolks.
how much total fat and sat fat does a gallon of whole milk have? has to be about 100grams of total fat and about 50-60 sat. thats alot, even for bulking I hope the rest of your diet is really, really clean.
i have been drinking a gallon of milk a day since i was 12.......now im 6 foot 6......only one draw back its hard to look big at this height.....anyway i still love it i rule the football feild and the basketball courts.....
damn. Do all you milk drinkers find that your appearance becomes more smooth because of the milk? I love milk, but have basically ditched it from my diet since I began to get serious with bodybuilding. I felt it made me smooth and less cut. I would love to be able to eat some milk and cereal again. When I first began to lift I drank a shit load of milk...mabey I should try it again. How are you guys getting all that milk in? Give me a sample of your diet all you milk drinkers.
