start an ebay store. all you need is a couple hours a day. my sisters next door neighbour does it and makes 1-2k a week.
the way she got into it was to join some buyers group that imported mad amounts of stuff from asia, bought lots of 100 of this and that, and sold it. it can be anything from batteries to bakedishes, lots of people in your state will feel reassured that youre local/semi local and you have a market advantage
i almost got into it palming of fragrances (i get fragrances horrendously cheap) but in the end, got an attack of the fuckits and didnt do it
other good after hours jobs are things like contracted installations of stuff like water purifiers and cable TV. most people prefer the 5-8pm timeslot for installations (for obvious reasons, ie theyre at home) and you get paid by the install. a buddy of mine was installing cable at 200 bucks an install, and he'd usually do 5-6 a weekend
other easy jobs are things like assembly - assembling gym equipment/bikes/furniture for local stores or contracted out to non mechanically minded retards. its easy money cos you pop in your ipod and put in screws.
also, you can all fuck off, im tioying with the idea of topless waiting when i get back home (im currently in a suburb of Hell). im not in love with the money (45US an hour plus tips) although its decent, but the thing that sold me was the disclaimer - "its private arties only, youre only allowed to work 3 hours at once, youre not allowed to get naked, you can drink as much as you like but dont get messy, and most importantly, DONT FUCK ANY of the clientelle on premesis"
