any good bros in here have a good way to get your abs back quickly

How about wear a shirt and act your age. There is a point were trying to keep a six pack is just unreasonable. Guys collect fat in their mid section as they get older so why fight it that much. I don't mean be a fat slob but your not going to out do a 20 year old. Why do you want to be that ripped at your age? I use to work with very hot girl's and that kept me in great shape but the only problem was I trying to screw them. I'm married with two kids so that's not a real good idea. First question would be, why do you need to be ripped?
 
Getting older doesn't make us any less vain.
Visable abs aren't a sign of desperation but of correct application of training methodology- an example of one of the rare times when your accomplishments in the gym are equally appreciated by the world at large.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to look good at 40+. I'd have more respect for a 40+ man whose in shape than a teenager whose in shape.

On a side note, some people work out and get in shape for other reasons than trying to screw girls...
 
Take a look at your body over the past couple years. The last place that you are going to lose weight is the first place you gained it. For most people the first place you gain is the mid-section.

And the best way to lose the weight is diet + strength training + cardio. It's all connected.

To be use only if you really know what you're doing

Thyroidian hormones and clen would help too

Obviously diet and gym would help but not overnight
 
You might also want to check with some of the guys/gals who compete about carb/water/sodium manipulation. If you're just wanting to look good for a day or weekend at the beach and don't have too much bodyfat, something similar to a contest prep phase could, all other things being equal, help your appearance.

Hell, my entire body abs included look better now at age 36 than it did at age 16 or 20. I am still improving with age.

Since I have the best abs on the site I'll give my opinion.
Restrict carbs, low sat fats, Clen, and some yohimburn is the best advice I can give to get them back fast.
