another virus sent to me from "PHAE".. i posted it yesterday.. help me hunt them down

they are in toronto ca. how can i go about not being sent email from them? it goes to my yahoo addy and i have it blocked, so it goes in the bulk mail folder... i wish to kill them just for making me hit delete

go to my site, below, then click on "internet security" and there you will see "combat spam" link, once there you can do a trace on the email.
