Another Carb Cycling Diet Thread

Hi,

Really something very long to read..but good tips on Carb cycling diet..
Thanks for the tips,but I have a problem in taking protein supplements ,if I take more protein as a supplement then my fat also increases..I am not getting any solution of it..
Doctor said that most of the protein is converted into fat ..so what do you think I should do?
