After 2 and a half weeks of ttokkyo's at 20mg/day, I am not too thrilled with the results. I know the dosage was low, but i wanted to see if my body would react at all. I weigh 155 and was benching 215X5X5 prior to anavar. The other day i put up 225X5X4 and 3X 260. However, I don;t know if this was due to the anavar or my increased motivation during the past 2 weeks to lift heavier. My arm work outs ate shit! In fact, I think I dropped about 5-10lbs on all my heavy arm lifts + I had no arm endurance.
I noticed more results when I cycle creatine!
Anyway, I guess it's my turn to contribute some usefull information in the form of experience. If you are a newbie and plan on taking anavar, don;t waste your time with 20mg... Take at least 30mg as everone who seems to know what they are talking about suggests.
