AmeriLab 'Rumors'.....

I have heard recently that AmeriLab has been sold to a former employee. The old owner is no longer involved and is no longer in the picture....

From my experience, he was a good guy, but just didn't have customer service down AT ALL! ... Also, he was sometimes very slow to ship/reply/etc...

From what I understand, when the old owner left, there was a backed up order list, a full inbox, and a low to nonexistant stock of goods...

Keep in mind, this is all just a rumor, but the new guy claims that he is going to change things around a bit and get the rep back up... there has been in the past alot of talk about amerilab scamming, dicking around, etc, but that was the OLD owner.

The original owner definately started a worthwhile line of products that is more than capable of making the cut among top UGL's, but at the same time they kind of killed themselves on customer service, etc... The new guy aims to turn it all around immediately, and be at the top of this game in a year or so.

If you have (or know someone who has) been a customer in the past, know this: AmeriLab is back and better than ever. You can take that to the bank!

If you have orders pending, funds unaccounted for, etc. fear not. The new guy, ALP, is getting them taken care of and will be back at it full force in the VERY near future...

Look out competitors, you better be on your toes!

i never had any probs with Amerilab. the one time there was a delay on my order, they let me know, and included free gear. i had great results too. I have not delt with them in a while, so i dont know what has been going on recently

I'm not part of Amerilabs by any means to certify this but for me it is pretty obvious that one of the main reasosn of the shipping delays is because they have tons of customers; more than any UG lab can handle; many of them are returning customers because those products are great and I can say that from experience. Besides that, there are several UG labs out there; choose the one that fits for ya and move on! But this type of controversy makes me think that there is some type of protection of interests here; that's wrong. If you don't like it, don't post on this thread and will disappear; those who like it, already got the needed info and will not post anymore.

I know a source that ships 20-40 packs A DAY. He is always on top of things - I guess that is why he has been around for years. If you cant handle the business amount - dont accept the orders. that is no excuse regardless.

bottom line, i liked Amerilabs gear, i wont knock it, but with the delayed customer service i got frustrated.

Amerilabs seemed pretty straight and narrow with me. The old owner "PG" seemed like a straight up guy, I myselftalked to him on serveral different occaisions. The responses did take a little extra time than most othres, but still seem like a good bro. The new guy seemed any better. I've talked to him several different times also, and he seems likea good guy. I have no idea never have ordered anything from them, but dont see it to be a problem. One of the most known bros referred me ot them, so it can't be that bad. The new guy does seem pretty cool, he shot me an email within' twleve hours each time I emailed him.

Once again i'm not part of them and I HAVE NEVER ordered anything from them only going on converstations i've had with each of them. SEEMS like straight up guys.

Well, I had a friend who ordered their first order from this lab. He told me that the T/A was a little slow. But the quality of the gear was excellant. In fact we had a conversation about T/A and he made a good point saying " how the fuck much gear are you using that you need to have it in 2 days? "I mean if you get your whole cycle you shouldnt be waiting for another shipment for at least 10-16 weeks". And that's not counting PCT time. Or if your a "bridger". Remember time on equals time off. So what if you have to wait a little longer. Plus my friend told me that he got hooked up with extra gear for being a first time customer. Ameri is a good lab, and PG or "whoever" is a good bro. My freind will use them again, and know he'll get some top quality stuff. As far as customer service goes, some people say things on this board that make me think they want a wallmart greeter to bring the gear to their house with a stripper gram as well.
