I have heard recently that AmeriLab has been sold to a former employee. The old owner is no longer involved and is no longer in the picture....
From my experience, he was a good guy, but just didn't have customer service down AT ALL! ... Also, he was sometimes very slow to ship/reply/etc...
From what I understand, when the old owner left, there was a backed up order list, a full inbox, and a low to nonexistant stock of goods...
Keep in mind, this is all just a rumor, but the new guy claims that he is going to change things around a bit and get the rep back up... there has been in the past alot of talk about amerilab scamming, dicking around, etc, but that was the OLD owner.
The original owner definately started a worthwhile line of products that is more than capable of making the cut among top UGL's, but at the same time they kind of killed themselves on customer service, etc... The new guy aims to turn it all around immediately, and be at the top of this game in a year or so.
If you have (or know someone who has) been a customer in the past, know this: AmeriLab is back and better than ever. You can take that to the bank!
If you have orders pending, funds unaccounted for, etc. fear not. The new guy, ALP, is getting them taken care of and will be back at it full force in the VERY near future...
Look out competitors, you better be on your toes!
