Am I over training.

I usually hit every body part twice a week. My split is this:

Day1: Back/Bi/Legs
Day2: off
Day3: Chest/Tris/Shoulder
Day4: off
Day5: repeat

Chest: Flat bench 6 sets, flat dumbell press 3 sets
Tris: Dips 3 sets, pulldowns 3 sets
Shoulders: Milt Press 3 sets, Shurgs 4 sets

Back: Pullups 4 sets, pulldowns 3 sets
Bi: Barbell curls 4 sets
Legs: Squat 5 sets, leg press 4 sets

Is this too much?.. I seems to be working, strength and size is going up well.
 
you probably undereating..get more good protein.. at least 1.5 time bodyweight...get some good carbs, rice potatoes etc..and get at least 3000 cal if not more
