Alright! I am fuckin set off now!

it is really interesting to see all the replys from the credible bros on here. Bodybuilding is discipline. they go hand and hand. you cannot have sucess in one without being exercising success in the other.
A few shows ago(the worlds Gym classic in San Diego) i was talking for awhile to Jay Cutler after the show. Ive known him for some time(since he lived in Aliso viejo) and he gave me some advice to get me started in bodybuilding(which i obviously greatly appreciated(he was the first guy to tell me I could drink winny..lol).. :p
Anyhow the man truly is living discipline. Moreso I think than any bodybuilder out there. Year round he never misses workouts or strays from his diet. And he never has, even as a teenager. eating every hour or hour and a half, ALWAYS clean, ALWAYS with the final goal in mind and his workouts follow suit. I know it is hard to compare most recreational bodybuilders to a pro but I like to try to follow the actions of sucess and I adopted(and modified things to my own body) Jay's methods of discipline and hard work to reach results.

For the last 15 weeks I wasdoing cardio after my weight workouts then waking up @ 2 AM, drinking a protien shake and some ECA or clen stack and doing cardio @ 2:30 with 30 min of posing practice before I would eat again and go back to sleep. My calories may not have dropped below 3600 the entire diet(mainly up in the 4000's) but I competed @ 250 in awesome shape. anyone who has seen my post probably realizes for my size I do not use extraordinary amounts of gear(hell ive never even touched GH, IGF-1, slin, and many other potent steroids). But Ive been successful because of my unwavering dedication to my diet, desire and willingnness to keep learning, and intesnse training, and those are really the keys.

there is my 02.

Compeltly agree with what you say about Jay. Never met the guy, as I live in the fasinating state of KY. From watching his last 3 movies it seems the guys dedication is awesome and something most should strive for.

Your last paragraph is what seperates most abusing users of steroids from the smarter steroid users. If your body does not need it than don't take it, as long as you can continue to grow from regular things like test, dbol and a few others. Diet is the key, as I have learned over this last month. I never ate bad, except when I bulked. I figured I might as well eat everything in site and I got big (muscular and fat). Been running a cycle now and eating cleaner with a little cardio and can tell a huge difference in the way my body is responding. Hoping to post some pics next week to get some pointers.

I agree with what you're saying Quad and as you know I always agree with your posts.
Ok maybe not, but that's besides the point. What I see here is that most these guys already know that diet and training will get them the body they want. But the problem is the average person coming here is thinking.. 1. that's too hard and I'm lazy, 2. that takes too long and I'm impatient, 3. I came here to find out how to use drugs not how to diet.
Since the site is billed as a steroid megasite what do expect these people are here for? Calorie and Macro ideas?

I don't like it either but if they don't get the right info here they'll keep asking somewhere else until they get advice on how to use drugs. And more often than not that advice is wrong. So you might as well tell them.
I agree..well sort of! :) The problem I see is a person talking about DNP and its sides but no fat loss and off handedly adds diet was sub par...like its a minor detail. I agree people come here to get info but this has to be a whole picture and I do not always see the answers addressing the bigger issues.

So then you're saying we need to provide better answers as well- make sure they understand the big picture, not just discuss the limited scope of the question.

Its fuckin crazy some of the CUTTING CYCLES people put together. They use more AAS then i use on a fuckin bulker...its a waste. Why you ANABOLICS in large amounts when you arent trying to BUILD, but rather cut body fat. Diet, cardio, and a LITTLE AAS to hold the muscle and keep you from falling apart!

Yes sort of if they seem to be missing one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle...say hey....wait a sec! That to me is what we are here for!

Good post.

Suffering now on low callories. Sex drive down, doing pans'y weight, looking flat and feeling like a worhtless s.o.b.
After gym and work just enough strength remains to fall into bed.

Diet is a bitch and it's a sacrifice. No way around it. Same thing with bulking.

You won't get any argument from me there. The answers I see thrown around are often incomplete or worse, dead wrong. But you know as well as I do it gets tiring typing 400 words to answer a question that's been asked 3 times that day already. But I'll work harder to be more comprehensive in the way I post, "go PM quadsweep for that..."
