Hey, I am new to this am I will try not to ask the "what can I take to make me thin" question...don't want to get chewed! But, here is a question, bare with me...

About 5 years ago I was pretty lean with good muscle tone. I worked out a lot and was very into it. Then my mom got sick. She had lung cancer. There went my gym days, were replaced with working nights and taking her to doctor appts. and chemo everyday. With that came quick meals, mainly fast food. Weight really piled on. So 5 years later, mom died over a year ago, i am still heavy, and just can't get an edge. Am trying dieting, working out, everything. I have never taken steroids before but have been researching them a lot lately. I am not looking for an easy way out, just a jump start. Both my parents were heavy and I can gain weight very fast...great for muscle building but the fat packs on just as fast. I don't want to take a steroid and end up getting "fatter" so is there any out there that would help aid, along with strict diet and exercise, that would help. Also, any diet and exercise recommendations would be greatly accepted.
Bro please email me,I would like to help you personally. [email protected]

m76sam.....you better jump on this one!

personal help from quadsweep......better than any steroid/drug there is!!

4 meals and that is it. Is that because you don't want to be any heavier?

What is the jr. nationals vs. the nationals?
Yeah its to make weight. I actually am better as a a ltvvy. my structure looks better. At 216 onstage I was looking blocky. Jrs...nothing Jr about it but its a step down from full nationals but many people that do the Jr USA and Jr nationals do USA's and Nationals as well..I have done USA's in Vegas myself...alll are very tough shows.

just for variety's sake, perhaps it should be addressed that while your willpower is something everyone should implement in their diet, your meal plan is not optimal for most of these guys making the dnp/clen/t3 threads, that are just looking to be ripped enough to see 6 abs. especially for the drug free/off cycle guys, that large of a calorie deficit won't be kind in the muscle sparing department, particularly w/ the carbs. not to say it didnt work wonders for you pre contest, but most of the dudes you're addressing are going to try that diet and wonder where the hell all their muscle went. particularly w/ no drugs and no contest to prepare for, theres no reason to go further than a 500 cal deficit. just my opinion. no disrespect to you or your diet, but i thought i would throw that in amongst the ass kissing.
I was not posting this to have others follow..(I would not do that to another person! :) ) more to make a point of what can be achieved thru disipline. I agree with you on the calorie deficit. I never went below 3000cals as a heavy weight.

I'm saying if help is available to reach your goal, and you use it responsibly and safely, and do your damn research, things like DNP, T3, and Clen shouldn't be stigmatized, and people who ask for them shouldn't be, either.

I'll avoid mentioning the irony of people who juice telling people to just work harder to achieve their goals :) :p

I keed, I keed. All in good fun.
The problem issss people depend on the gear and not the drugs to acheive the goal and fall short....they think because of the gear they can do whatever...it does not work like this. Not stigmatizing..its an AAS board....I hate lazzyness!

Well, anyone who tells someone that they can cut up with just drugs in the first place is full of it. The problem on EF is you could be talking to someone for a long time and have no idea what they look like. They might be a fat miserable slob. There was a guy on EF recently taking winny who finally posted pics and it was so pathetic I don't think anyone could respond -- at all. Not the usual obligatory "looking great, bro," or even a flame -- because it was that unbelievably pathetic. A guy like that could only get steroids over the internet. Before internet, you had to usually have some credibility insofar as your physique or at least your efforts because you had to usually hook up with someone at the gym, maybe a member, maybe the owner. Even when there was mail order in the 80s, the only way to know about it was the same, by knowing other lifters and finding out that way.

Now, anyone can sit at a computer and say anything. :user: And some poor idiot takes it for truth. I know I'm not huge like a pro. But I have no intention of being a pro and I cannot even look like I obviously take steroids for professional reasons, my job, and personal reasons, my family and peers. I can maintain my physique just fine, maybe better, by just eating right and exercising and supplementing with creatine, glutamine, NO2, etc., and just asking God for the will power, and the strength of mind to achieve my goals. "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you."

I was able, however, to lose fat and maintain muscle more easily (but I've done the same thing before naturally) by incorporating low dose of AAS and Jintropin. I've also thrown in clen intermittently.

But, as Quadsweep stated, the fat came off because I was running on the treadmill 6-7 miles 3 nights or more per week and eating 2000-2500 calories per day. (I'm more like 5' 11" or 6' 0" so less than 2000 calories is very low.) Believe it or not, I was following the BBKingpinn Chicken Cheesesteak diet for the first two months when 80% of the fat I lost melted -- a homemade chopped chicken breast (8 oz.) and some pepper jack cheese on a hollowed out torpedo roll. :RADAR

So, Quadsweep is absolutely correct. But anybody who knows anything would agree. The fact that he even has to mention it, is due to the fact that a lot of people who talk on here and give advice may or, more likely, may not know from experience what they are talking about.

If you are going to take advice, you should at least know the credentials of the person giving it -- a photo of their physique. :flash: Nothing less.

If you found a physician or a surgeon in the yellow pages, would you just trust him without any references or at least verifying that he actually had a licence to practice law and, perhaps, was board certified in his specialty? If you would just trust him, then you are probably doing what a lot of people on here are doing -- taking advice from people they do not know and who may have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.

They may have actually taken the substances they are talking about, but they might have absolutely nothing positive to show from it. Maybe just thyroid problems or pancreas problems from willy-nilly taking t3 and insulin because they read about it and have easy access to it via the internet. :user: Or maybe they have no idea how dangerous DNP can be and think taking risks with their life is no big deal. :digger: Why take DNP and risk your life when you can just eat less and exercise more and maybe, at worst, suffer from hunger pains, grouchiness, sleeplessness? End up in the hospital and I'm sure you'll get a wake up call as to what is really important in life. No doubt, looking good and feeling good are important to having a good life, but taking risks with your long term health and even with your life -- DNP can kill, insulin can kill, diuretics can kill -- Momo Benaziza, Andrea Munzer -- heroin and it's gateway drug Nubain can kill -- Paul DeMayo (R.I.P.) -- is not the way to achieve it.

Thanks Quadsweep! Your post got me going this morning. :)
That my friend...that was just fucking awsome..Karma to you for that. great addition...siad things I should have.

I agree with what you're saying Quad and as you know I always agree with your posts.
Ok maybe not, but that's besides the point. What I see here is that most these guys already know that diet and training will get them the body they want. But the problem is the average person coming here is thinking.. 1. that's too hard and I'm lazy, 2. that takes too long and I'm impatient, 3. I came here to find out how to use drugs not how to diet.
Since the site is billed as a steroid megasite what do expect these people are here for? Calorie and Macro ideas?

I don't like it either but if they don't get the right info here they'll keep asking somewhere else until they get advice on how to use drugs. And more often than not that advice is wrong. So you might as well tell them.
