Almost done bulking, now it's time to plan the cut

Well, i'm in week 8 of 12 for a SF 5x5, and wow have i loved it. +20lbs in the squat, +15 lbs in the bench, +15 lbs in the powerclean, and in general i just feel stronger. Great. Now it's time to get rid of all that extra fat. My thinking for weight training is going to be 4 days a week, as i like lifting, so i wanna do it as often as possible. Below is my proposed lifting plan.

Friday
Squats - 5x5
Deadlifts - 4x8
Reverse Hypers - 3x8
BB Lunge - 3x8

Saturday
Benchpress - 5x5
Military Press - 4x8
Dips - 3x8
Overhead Tri Press - 3x8
Weighted Curls - 4x12
Side Bends - 4x12

Monday
Squats - 5x5
Deadlifts - 4x8
Reverse Hypers - 3x8
BB Lunge - 3x8

Tuesday
Incline Benchpress - 5x5
Hanging Powerclean - 4x8
Pullups - 3x8
DB Curl - 3x8
Weighed Curls - 4x12
Side Bends 4x12

For cardio, i'm really gettin into long distance walks. 90 mins on the treadmill at 4.0 MPH and 2.0 incline flys by when you're reading, and now i'm actually DOING all my reading for my classes. my grades have never been better! I'm planning on doing this cardio 5 days a week, every day but friday and monday. as far as diet goes, i'll post that in the right forum, but it's gonna be heavily ANPB based, around 2100 cals.
