flat bench press...
start with 2 light sets warm up.
then... lift as the heaviest weight for 4-6 reps.
same thing for second set.
take some weight off, and do another 2 sets til failure.
move over to incline dumbel presses and repeat same structure as before.
Cat Fight?? So your saying I should swing harder???
Bombing them doesn't help , that's for sure
