All I Can Think About Is 315!!!

Brotha im at the same spot. Ive been trying to hit my triceps and shoulders extra hard to give me any boost i can to get over the 315 hurdle. My goal is to get there by the new year. Good luck.

yeah man..
i've been paying more attention to my delts/arms lately.
hopefully, that'll put me over the 315 mark soon.
 
From your avatar it looks like you could toss 315 around like a small child.

If its a mental block, just get a friend to load up your weights for you, and have him put a a garbage bag over them.

Youll probably put up 315 like it was 270.
 
315 was mental for me as well. once i put up 315, within a month and a half i was hitting 405 with a pause. that was when i was 18. after a couple of years of partying and drinking, i am just now gettin back strong. can get 315 for 12 for my second set

I hear ya man, I'm so close to 315 I can taste it. I plan to hit that and 405 on squats on my next cycle starting in the middle of December. I got 355 on squats while I've been off so I'm sure positive I'll make my goals in December. I've been concentrating a lot on incline barbell lately to get my delts ready for the load.

Have you thought about revamping your training methods? Using the westside method, with 1 speed/repetition day and 1 max effort day per week...most anyone will increase their poundages dramatically. Even natural lifters can up their bench with the proper training methods.
 
Switch over to Heavy Incline the next two workouts BEFORE benching..........I'll bet you crank it on that 3rd workout...........
