All I Can Think About Is 315!!!

I would agree. Its mental. It seem like it took me forever to get there, then once there........its easy. I did 355 on incline for 1 rep tonight. But I weigh 275lbs, so that makes it al little easier. You'll get there bro.

Body weight and size play little parts. There is this bean pole kid that come to my gym, that can rep 295 like 10 times. I about shit myself. He weighs half that

yeah I have a buddy thats 5'8 and weighs 145. Before his first cycle his max bench was 305. He did his first cycle last march of deca 300 for 8 weeks and got up to 320 but then dropped back to 310 after the cycle and has maintained 310 ever since. In any case I think its incredible that he can bench more then double his body weight. i have never seen anyone like him. I mean theres guys on here taking grams+ of gear at 200+ lbs bidy weight, and they barely can put up 320. He has however been lifting since he was 13, and is now almost 23 so this might have something to do with it.

I can bench 265 lbs for 6 reps ( 4 reps alone and some assist from partner on the last 2 reps ) .

Keep in mind I consider myself natty by this point . ( last time I used gear was 2001 , low doses of EQ , winny and HGH for 8 weeks )

I always find it funny when subjects like this come up, guys start tossing out huge numbers of what they can lift, and for the most part, I dont buy it for a second. I've seen pics of some guys on here, and believe they can move the big numbers. But then I see pics of dudes with no pecs to speak of, talking about pushing weights that all the huge fuckers I know(myself included) couldnt touch. Just like the how big are your arms threads, everyone on the internet has 20" guns.....funny how it works out that way....
I would love to see some pics and/or videos to back some of these claims up....

Exactly!

The rule to reading all these numbers is subtract anywhere from 50-100lbs off the claimed bench and you've got their real bench. I'm sure a few of the guys are telling the truth, but damn people over-exaggerate like crazy it's too funny.

We're talking benching with good strict form. I bet a lot of the guys claiming they bench these huge numbers are either bouncing the weight off the chest, doing half reps at best or getting some serious assistance from a spot.

Somehow, someway I will find a way to get a video of me squatting 405, although I doubt you were referring to me because I know you lift more than that. As for 315 on bench, even though I'm not there yet I don't consider that to be much, especially when I compare it to all of my friends. Hell, my smallest buddy, other than me, hits 365 on flats.

Sounds like some haters are calling B.S. on some of the claims on this thread. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I don't lie about lifts. I just don't see the payoff in claiming to be able to lift this and that, and then hit the gym and not be able to perform. I pride myself on being strong, and I take that pride pretty seriously. I wasn't a talented bencher to start with, and it didn't happen for me overnight. I started training when I was 19, and I just "celebrated" my 36th birthday. I stand by my 315x15 claim. I think it's pretty damn good considering my currently clean status, and bodyweight of 245 pounds......

are you calling me a hater bro, if so, thats pretty funny....I have backed up every claim I've ever made, ie my avatar and pics, and have posted videos deadlifting 525 x 7, squatting 455 x 7, benching 405 x 1, etc.

The board is full of guys with 20"+ arms, and that can bench over 405 for reps, and that I call bullshit on. Many have backed up their claims, but most have not. If all these claims were true, then I wouldnt be as well known on here as I am, as all these guys would be bigger and stronger than me

Lowest, I wasnt referring to you, in fact, you either androjunkie, the guys I'm referring to know who I am talking about. I would really like to see the bullshitters back up some claims, till then, I guess everyone is huge on the internet

I feel your pain satch.

The most I ever got up on bench was 295lbs x 1 with no spot. It makes me wonder how some of these guys get their numbers...what kind of form (or lack there of) they use. Bouncing bar off the chest, not even going down all the way to the chest etc.

But in their defense I've got a buddy who weighs in at 200lbs does sets of 5 reps with 345. He's a strong dude and all natural. His next target is 405.
