All I Can Think About Is 315!!!

btw, here is my video of 405, I believe bodyweight was around 245lbs
I know there are guys on here that could easily bang this out for reps, but the ones I know of have the physiques to prove it(ie, quadsweep)
405 x 1

I know you weren't referring to me NS, since my claims aren't impressive enough to be lies, lol. That, and you're a stand-up guy in general. Someday I'll be happy if I get within 50lbs of your size and/or lifts :)

Propz on the 405 Needsize, kool lil video, Im currently 210 and have gotten 315 up once before , I can bang out 275 for 6 good reps, but I still struggle with 315 for one good rep. I know it has to be a mental block for me 2

man i feel like the end of this cycle will get me there...

i put up 270x4 quite easily..

but 315x1 is still a struggle.
thats the only thing thats been on my mind for the last few hours...
anyhow, just thought i'd share.

bro 270x4 is some nice weight indeed so don't feel bad about that. for your continued progress you may want to take some time to research good powerlifting technique. among other things they know how to recruit their lats in the movement, an incredibly powerful muscle group that is often lacking in benchers. that and keep building that tri strength up with things like close grip (shoulder-width i mean). i think westside has some really good training information on how to bring up a bench, lou simmons most definitely has some effective techniques bro. good luck to you my man!

notice on needsizes lift, nice slow negative down, bar to the chest but controlled dose not bounce it, strong on the rebound. Text book form.

Few guys can show case a lift like that.

like I said there are some super strong mo fos out here. I am just glad women couldnt care less what I bench :qt: My lofty goal is 300 lbs once. Scary shit huh ? I will get there and hopefully will look like I can hit more weight than that. Like my name, small but working on it !! :)

thanks guys, I actually put up 370 x 5 this week in the same form, so I know my max is a lot more, I just dont like to do maxes, too much chance of getting hurt

I hear you. I have actually never done a max single on BP or squat. In college I put up 365x2 BP and 365x10 squat but I'm pretty sure I couldn't hit those now. I'm hoping to hit 365x5 next year because I always wanted to BP 405 and squat 500...it was just never important enough to change my training to get there.

are you calling me a hater bro, if so, thats pretty funny....I have backed up every claim I've ever made, ie my avatar and pics, and have posted videos deadlifting 525 x 7, squatting 455 x 7, benching 405 x 1, etc.

The board is full of guys with 20"+ arms, and that can bench over 405 for reps, and that I call bullshit on. Many have backed up their claims, but most have not. If all these claims were true, then I wouldnt be as well known on here as I am, as all these guys would be bigger and stronger than me

Lowest, I wasnt referring to you, in fact, you either androjunkie, the guys I'm referring to know who I am talking about. I would really like to see the bullshitters back up some claims, till then, I guess everyone is huge on the internet

I'm not really calling you a hater. I just knew that there would be a lot more of them coming out of the woodwork. I have read a lot of your posts in the past, and know that you aren't b.s.'ing because I have seen your pics. My original intent on posting to this thread was to perhaps supply Satch with some ideas that have helped me with my bench. In the future, I think I'll refrain from making any remarks about what I can do, until I have the equipment to film, download, and link up. There's always someone that tries to make themselves feel better by downing your accomplishments. I'm not going to say anything about the poundages that you claim. I'll just say that I lift more than you, but I don't look anywhere near as good. At the end of the day, I would trade my 315x15 bench even up for a good looking set of abs in a heartbeat.
